Casa sporca e piena di formiche...
Quando siamo arrivati abbiamo trovato una stanza sporca e piena di formiche. Abbiamo chiamato la reception ma in 2 giorni non sono stati in grado di risolvere il problema. È la prima volta che mi capita una casa così sudicia. Ci hanno preso in giro. Il personale non è efficiente... ci hanno fatto dormire con le formiche... Peggio di un campeggio

Nicht annähernd ähnlich wie auf den Bildern
Wir haben ein Appartment gebucht für 8 Personen, bei der Ankunft haben wir festgestellt, dass das angebotene Appartment nicht den Bildern wie im Internet entspricht! Wir haben gleich reklamiert und wollten unser Geld zurück. Es war nicht sauber, die Fenster verschimmelt, sehr schlechte Luft, Toilette kaputt, draussen Müll. Daraufhin wurde uns ein 2. Appartment angeboten, wir mussten uns die Alternative anschauen, da die nicht stornieren wollten. bei der alternative haben wir 2 Einzelzimmer für je 4 Personen bekommen. Die Zimmer waren so klein und auch in einem schlechten Zustand, wir haben angerufen und mitgeteilt, dass dies auch nicht unseren Vorstellungen entspricht und wir unser Geld zurück wollen! Daraufhin haben wir eine 3 Alternative uns anschauen müssen, erst dann würden wir unser Geld zurück bekommen. Allein für das haben wir schon über 2.5 Std verloren. Wir sind zur 3. Wohnung gefahren, auch diese war miserabel, die Gegend Wohnung schrecklich. Erst dann wurde die Buchung storniert!! Ich empfehle es wirklich keinem, lieber mehr Geld zahlen und gleich in ein Hotel gehen. Wir würden mit 4 Kindern an drei verschiedene Adressen geschickt!! Und haben fast den ganzen Tag verloren. Die Bilder zeigen was ganz anderes als in echt, also vorsichtig!!!
