Nice hotel not far from where we wanted to be

This hotel had everything we needed and the staff were very accomodating. The rooms were very spacious and offered a level of comfort we didn't expect. 100% we would recommend this as a place to stay.

Average hotel, not for long stays

The staff at the hotel were courteous and friendly. However the hotel itself is not great. I the room was average. Clean, but not spectacular. The double bed was two twin beds put together. Not very comfortable for two people sleeping. The climate control blew only cold air. So much so that even set to heat with the thermostat at 31 degrees the room was 22 degrees. After complaining 3 times I was given a space heater, which did the job. The maintence person who was supposed to fix the system did not fix it the next day. So we used the heater again in the night. The spa was very disappointing. The sauna was not a sauna, and paying extra to use it was added dejection. If it were a 1 night stay, it's ok, although you can stay at better hotels closer to th centre for less. But we were there for 3 nights in a first floor room without heating. The best thing about this hotel is the restaurant next door. Easily one of the best restaurants in Varna and one of my favorite.

Breakfast was poor, but waiter was wery nice. we left iphone on a table and went outside of hotel to take a cab and drive to airport. waiter run out from the hotel and brought phone.

Very satisfied

Excellent value for money. Professional service received. They even allowed us to stay a few hours after checkout time.Rooms are big and comfortable. Our favourite hotel in Varna!

nice hotel, a bit away from the center

The hotel is clean, neat with very reasonable prices. The breakfast is good. The restaurant is fine, inexpensive. The access is a bit awkward. Nice park across the road with an access to beaches.

Godd Hotel in Varna (10 min. till Old Town walking

The hotel had good brekfest, polite staff - helped me with mobile phone charging, had the info about free of charge tour in Varna, room is big, bath very clean.Hotel location on main street (where are some parking places, the rest need to use small streets to go to the other side of hotel). Great hotel for family

Good modern hotel on the northern end of the sea gardens. A little bit out of the centre but near to some grat restaurants in the sea garden, as well as one next door. Also relatively near to the wakeboarding facility. Room was clean and comfortable. We booked a suite which is basically two rooms put togerher. It was very good value by UK standards. Breakfast was adequate for our needs. Would definitely book again if staying in Varna.

perfect for city trip and beach

It might be an official 3* rated hotel, but their service is 5*+ the staff, can't do enough for you. Will go back there again soon and it is perfect for a single (female) traveller.

Good rate, 3nights/2 for 2, b&b in dlx double. Access through high-rise area. Limited parking. Everyone at reception and throughout, polite and accommodating during stay. 1st floor (over lobby floor) on sea side of hotel. Room far too hot. Although maid set temp., even at 5C didn't cool room enough through stay. Room far too dark with room lights on. Kettle didn't work and had to be replaced. Tear in sofa bed could have been fixed. Blackout drapes were useless as not wide enough for window. No clock/radio. No extra bedding. It says minibar and refrigerator separate but not and supplies in minibar preclude storing more. Bathroom, lots of lights but no use. With curtain closed, dark in shower as no lights in that area. At sink, hard to shave because lights don’t light face. Shower and sink leaked, sink tap didn't close fully. Bath safety rail was loose. Several minutes for water to become hot. "Designer toiletries" were pump devices for no-name body/hair wash liquid. Paid 4 leva for toothpaste at reception. In-room found leaflet saying "complimentary" toothpaste available at reception. Nothing had been said. 10 leva for use of steam room. Never paid for this type facility anywhere in world before. Charge not obvious. "Complimentary newspapers" were Bulgarian finance oriented newspaper and not at weekend. Breakfast fine. Better Sunday as, by accident or design, warmer for hot food not operating and food individually prepared, resulting in far better quality.

great place and conveniently located

reaching by car is a bit tricky but there are direction signs in the neighborhood and the parking is free. good quality for the price. minutes away from the center. could not ask for more for our short stay in Varna.

During my stay in Bulgaria, I've found it quite strange how there is such a little gap between 5 star and 3 star hotels. Nevertheless, my stay at this particular hotel was great. Overall the staff were friendly, although English was non-existent. The location was really close to the beach, the beach the locals recommended. The room itself was clean, and really nice for 3 stars. I'll never really agree with Bulgarian beds though, I just can't get use to them! Recommend it if you are looking for a hotel close to the beach, if you need to go to the centre just take a cab - they are so cheap.

a nice, comfortable hotel but the roads that lead to the hotel are terrible. the breakfast was adequate but the same every day. in general, a comfortable, clean hotel, with a lot of room for improvement.

Overnight stay in Varna

Booked the Best Western Park Hotel, Varna so that we could eat out in Varna and enjoy the wine without having to drive home to drive the 40 km home. Very pleasantly suprised by the quality of the hotel. We have paid much more for inferior standards in Bulgaria. The room was spotlessly clean. Probably the cleanest bathroom of all hotels we have used in Bg.The rate we paid for a standard double room (October) was very competative. Was only offered a twin bed room, the option of a double bed would have been good. All city centre attractions within a very short taxi ride. We will use the hotel for future overnight stays in Varna, as our first option, because of price and the value it offers.

Because it was far a little heartily in a town, I was slightly inconvenient for traffic, but the hotel was comfortable. The sea can go on foot. If there is an opportunity next, I come again.

Ok hotel, hard to find, dodgy area

The hotel was difficult to find and in a run down residential area. Don't believe the maps when you book. It is positioned away from downtown but not near the beach resort i.e. not near to very much at all. The hotel itself is modern, clean and the rooms large. No tea/coffee facilities are available in the room. The hotel doesn't offer money changing facilities either. There is a good local restaurant right next door with prices half that of the hotel restaurant. Ok for an overnight stop but nothing else.

Respectable full-service hotel

I booked this hotel knowing it was not in city center as I had a car while traveling throughout Bulgaria. Though the property itself is easily findable and on a main road, actually getting to the opposite side or front entrance to the hotel requires a tedious, yet well-marked detour over poor roads and high-rise apartment blocks. Otherwise, the property has a full-service restaurant and bar, excellent front-desk staff and free WIFI throughout. Rooms were typical of Best Western, functional not luxurious with nice tv channel assortment, comfortable bed and clean bathrooms. The hotel had a sauna/gym equipment in the basement that was lightly used and well-lit. Though the hotel is not in city center Varna, it is just across the highway from the spectacular oceanfront park that goes on for kilometers in Varna - excellent for runs/walks/bike rides or Black Sea sightseeing.

Prima locatie tov park, strand en stad. Bus stopt voor de deur, uitstekend restaurant naast het hotel. Ruime kamers, goed ontbijt en vriendelijk personeel.

A great hotel where you'd like to stay loooonger !

We have spent five nights at the BW Park Hotel. It's a very clean and comfortable hotel, it's very closed to the Sea Garden. It's 20 pleasant minutes by feet to the city center, maybe 10 to the beach, or just a few minutes by easy bus if you prefer. There are many things to do in Varna, and after a long day visiting, shopping or going to the beach, it's really appreciable to be back at the BW Park Hotel ! The breakfast is really good and with a large choice of many salted or sweet things, many beverages, fresh fruits, too. A good day starts with a strong breakfast : they know that at this address we sincerely recommend ! Nota : a post office is just a few steps far away, and that's great to post your postcards ^^ A little supermarket is a few dozens of meters far away, too.

Das Hotel liegt zentral. Die Angestellten sind freundlich. Die Ausstattung ist gut. Das Essen ist nicht so gut. Vielleicht ist das mein persöhnliches empfinden. Ich habe es nicht sehr gemocht. Ich kann das Hotel weiterempfehlen. Der Aufenthalt war wegen meinen Zahnarztbesuchen nicht super, aber trotzdem gut. Und da kann das Hotel nichts dafür.
