I rented a room here specifically for the pool and laundry facilities. She put us in the room across from the pool, but We Couldn’t use the pool. The washer in the Laundry was broken. Good thing I brought my own vacuum because we never got any room service. Except if I asked for towels they were very good at bringing them. But I had to take the dirty ones and garbage out myself. The girls were cooped up in the room with nothing to do for 4 days. The excuses on the pool was the first night we were there when we checked in. I asked about the pool she said yes I’m gonna put you in the room directly across from it. But then the next day when the girls went to go swimming, it was locked. They said it wouldn’t be open till Monday. However, the more people that showed up then they unlocked it for them so the girls did get to play at once, but then it was locked out again the next day They said that the chemicals are messed up in it and something was wrong with the hot tub so they were waiting for the Health Department to come. Then they change your mind as oh no I’ll go and unlock it for you so you guys can swim. The girls got excited just to be let down again by saying that they didn’t have the key to the lock. So they stay there was not what it should’ve been was not what I booked for. I will never book there again.
