Our family would return here because the location is perfect. Our late check-in was easy. Otherwise, the property needs a bit of work; a general tidy-up to remove the 'junk' from the cupboards would be a good start. Communication with the property manager was pretty average.

Kingscliff is a lovely place to visit and the Paradiso resort is well positioned to take advantage of all the town has to offer. Like other reviewers, however, we found the accommodation to be unclean. Although this was rectified when we raised it, it seems like there is an ongoing pattern of uncleanliness (given the multiple reviews that raise this issue) that needs to be addressed.

Our apartment smelled of smoke, was dark and older than expected. It needed to be cleaned better too. Good location but a lot of money for what we got.
