Beautiful Rainforest Retreat

Pros: It's simplicity and location within the rainforest.
Beautifully situated within stunning rainforest. Felt like we were part of the environment. Very very relaxing.

Unique B & B in middle of rainforest!

Pros: It is a B & B that is unique and is run by a couple that have a passion for the rainforest!
Cons: Nothing - it is perfect as it is!
Location: Central to general store, PK's Hotel, restaurants, as well as Jungle Surfing through the rainforest - that is amazing! All the walk trails are awesome
Absolutely perfect! This was our favourite place to stay on our trip to Cape Tribulation. Our room was clean, the bed was so comfortable, and we fell asleep to the sounds of the rainforest every night. Our breakfast was served on a deck that was open to the rainforest, and all the furniture was made by our host Rob - including our bed! It was a privledge to be able to stay there, would recommend Rainforest Hideaway to anyone wanting to experience living in the rainforest.

HIdeaway in Paradise

Pros: Being totally surrounded by the rainforest and the beautiful timber finishes of the accommodation. The outdoor bathroom and the sculpture walk.
Cons: Nothing!
Location: Lots of rainforest walks, Daintree river cruises, Daintree discovery centre, beaches
Loved this place if you want to get away from it all this is the place to go. No TV no mobile ph reception, but they did have Wi Fi if you want it. Set right in the rainforest with the bathrooms under cover but no wall between you and the rainforest, was fantastic. Best view from the lou I've ever had! Owner has self built the whole place from native timber, very earthy, artistic and quirky. Owners friendly helpful and informative without being intrusive, great sculpture walk around property through the rainforest. Beautiful fresh local platter of fruit for breakfast and your choice of cereals toast etc. Cassowary came right up to breakfast deck! Also a self catering Jungle house which looked great would love to come back and stay again.

Set right in the rainforest. Lovely

Lovely night in the rainforest. Room spotless and very comfy. Towels not quite 5 star but ok. No hair dryers allowed. I understand why - off the grid and all. Nice breaky but artisan breads would have made it perfect
