Just one night
First of all, no one helped me with the luggage. There is no left and I had a room in 2nd floor. The towels was toddlers size and hair dryer is terrible. It is 4 star hotel and it’s supposed to has a tv at least not a 23 inch gaming monitor. There’s no fridge or mini bar and it is 4 stars!!!! The room was quite dusty. I prefer starting your day without eating their breakfast. When my check out was due I requested more time, although the owner gave me time but he came afterwards yelling at me in german and think he was angry and swearing. I mean I know I was late but he could’ve charged me instead of behaving rudely. I will never stay there again.

Great place to stay
A great hotel for either business or pleasure. A very friendly couple running this place, when I Said I could not make breakfast due to an early flight i was given 2 free large beers in the bar. Just so friendly anf accomodating.i would definitely highly recomment this place.

Die Lage des Hotels ist phantastisch direkt an der Mosel mit Sicht auf den Fluß. Toll. Das Zimmer war zweckmäßig eingerichtet, viel Stauraum für Koffer usw. verfügbar. Bad zweckmäßig. Das Interieur des Hause zeigt Gelsenkirchner Barock in Fülle und sollte dringend modernisiert werden. Rund um die Uhr ist ein kleiner Snack- und Getränkeautomat verfügbar. Frühstücksleistung eher durchschnittlich, Kaffee muss am Automaten selbst gezogen wird, was zu Wartezeiten führt. Überraschungen beim Frühstück kommen nicht vor,- jeden Tag das Gleiche. Das Personal ist bis auf eine Ausnahme höflich und tritt dem Gast gegenüber angemessen auf. Alles in Allem wäre 3-4 Sterne angemessen. Wenn, ja wenn nicht das arrogante und herrische Auftreten des Besitzers nicht wären. Der Kasernenhofton beim Check-Inn und während des ersten Frühstücks (...sie nehmen jeder ein Tablett zum Unterstellen, sonst drecken Sie Tisch voll...), die Unfähigkeit ein freundlichen GutenMorgenGruß auch nur zur Kenntnis zu nehmen und die allgemeine Brubbeligkeit sind erschütternd. Er scheint keine Gäste zu mögen. Da ist es nur eine Randbemerkung, dass die Badlüftung nicht funktioniert und der WC-Gestank sich lange im Zimmer hält. Dies ist wohl schon länger so, wie andere Bewertungen zeigen. Unter den genannten Umständen stimmt das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis keineswegs. Wir können das Hotele daher nicht weiterempfehlen.
