Loud. Owner was having drinks right outside door as such privacy was limited. Greeted by owners son who was very unhelpful, no key given till about an hour into my say.

Great value for the money! Dan was welcoming and friendly and completely left me to my own devices with the offer to help in any way if needed. The proximity to Queen's Park was a real asset and the room had all the listed benefits and more.

The a great location however the carpet is extremely old, faded, stained and absolutely filthy. The entire apartment desperately needs renovation. The bed was ok and had clean sheets and covers on.

We loved our short stay. Rick was very hspitable and extremely helpful to us. His home is opposite Queen's Park and during the Carnival of Flowers made walking a delight. Glenellen is a family home and the quiet ambience fits in easily to make this stay even more enjoyable.

Was expecting just a room with shared ammentities for the cheap price. We got a self contained unit. External door with key, full ensuite and mini kitchen area. Comfy bed and nice linen. Perfect location.
