I really enjoyed my stay. I will definitely book here again if im in town. Its very convient to the station and local shops and resturants. The ataff was amazing and welcoming. The room was much bigger than expected. The tub was phenomenal and help soak away any pain from being out all day. They even had a late check out option available which i used and wasnt mad at the price. They even held my luggage until I had to leave for my flight. Also the language barrier wasnt an issue i speak a little japanese and they spoke excellent english to the point there wasnt any misunderstandings. Thank yall so much for being so sweet if you only understood how much I needed that. 💚

While the location of this hotel was great and the staff were consistently friendly, the lack of cleanliness made for a disappointing stay. The room was frankly poorly maintained. I found hair in several spots throughout the bathroom and, most disturbingly, on my pillow. The desk chair and curtains were visibly stained, and a patch of wallpaper was missing from the wall. To make matters worse, on our second day, a pipe under the bathroom sink began to leak. The shower curtain also had noticeable stains; while the staff was kind enough to replace it once we pointed it out, these are issues that should be addressed before a guest checks in. Although this is an affordable hotel, a low price point shouldn't excuse a lack of basic hygiene. I appreciated the friendly service, but I wouldn't stay here again given the current state of the rooms.

Room: thin walls, can hear people outside the apartment and within the apartment halls. Very comfortable beds. Amenities were good. Staff was polite and courteous. The room smelled of mold. On our last day of the last hour, I finally found the source of the mold on the ceiling of the vicinity. If mold problem is fixed, I would give this hotel 8/10 but alas, it is 2/10.

During our trip we stayed at 5 hotels this one overall I would rate the lowest score . It was one of the noisiest hotels not from outside it was in . We were on the 5 th floor you would hear cabinets slamming all hours . They offer generic nothing for breakfast they have enough out for 20 people .
