Excellent location - Great hotel

Pros: The Location
Location: Must do walking distance activities are exploring the department stores, especially basement food halls, they are an adventure and also fish markets
My family ( husband and 14 year old son) stayed in a twin share room for 5 nights in February 2018. The Mercure was in a great central location to shopping centres, restaurants , Ginza station and the fish markets. The room was a great standard with everything you would expect of a Mercure hotel. The staff were very helpful and spoke excellent English.

Good Location

Pros: Good location
Not the grandest hotel but in Tokyo, hotels do not come cheap. Basic, clean, safe, many fellow Australian guests. Helpful staff.

Hotel in good location.

This hotel was above the subway and only 10min walk to the JR station. The room was very small, the bathroom was spacious. The cleanliness of the room was not great. All the walls were dirty and the carpet was bubbling in the hallways which is a trip hazard. the pillows were not very comfortable.

Dear Guest, We are sorry that you haven't been fully satisfied with our rooms and the service we provided to you. Our location is amazing near 5 different subway lines and the JR Line for the Loop Yamanote Line around Tokyo. Please let me tell you about the renovation which will be held next year t make the rooms cozier and nicer, to getting rid of the stains and the trip hazard in the floors. Hopefully you collected a lot of memories and you will be back in the future again. Best regards, Johanna Guest Coordinator

Good hotel, close to station good area.

Pros: Extremely clean facility and polite and helpfull staff.
Cons: Bigger selection at the buffet, perhaps.
Location: Very quiet location. In the centre of major upmarket shopping outlets. Plenty of dining choices in the area also.
Very pleasant stay, extremely clean and tidy hotel. Rooms smaller than Australian normal, but still quite adequate. Staff very polite and helpfull, and some speak fluent English. Short walk to major shopping areas, and a subway station beneath the building. Hotel food was good, but also plenty of options nearby. Also have a convenience store at the end of the block. Would stay here on future trips to Tokyo.
