Confusion over which unit we were meant to be in as adjorning room had door open. Owner did come & help us reshift into smaller unit. Only 1 cup? Batteries flat on tv remote. Unit not quite what we expected but did the job as only needed accomodation for the night.

For the price it was good value for an overnight sleep over, I can see, place had better days as there was construction around the property, with bear minimum operations running. Access to prop was not clearly marked from road construction site entrance. We may come back if and when this property comes back to life…

Very spacious, quiet and well appointed. Enjoyed using teh tennis courts, and very handy to the huka falls and the walks around it
