bare minimum stay

This place is super outdated and falling apart. It was fine, we slept fine. Mattress was SUPER squeaky. Skimpy toiletries. Space had some damage and needs an update desperately. Breakfast was standard, only hot item was waffles. Toilet struggled to flush. Shower pressure was very low. TV channels are limited. Like I said, we slept ok. But it's bare minimum.

We arrived early along with others. The Hotel allowed us to store our luggage until check in and sit by the pool. I would suggest a number system to allow once checkin time to be fair as everyone was all over the place. The property was a little run down but clean and for the price not bad.

Bathtub was resurfaced and was peeling. Toilet wouldn’t flush . Contacted desk and maintenance was sent. After two attempts on one day still not fixed. Had to contact desk the next morning and it was subsequently fixed. No offer made to change room. Room was only cleaned when 24 hour notice was provided. Overall hotel appears to be ‘tired’. Would not recommend.

We liked that it was close to the airport. It was very dated! Sqeaky doors, paint falling off ceilings, toilet wouldn't flush correctly, breakfast was very full of people and felt very rushed, and staff wasn't very talkative or friendly.

Disgusting, disappointing, derelict.

I have traveled extensively throughout the US, Europe and Central America. This hotel, hands down, was one of the worst experiences of my life. I have stayed in seedy hotels in San Fransisco, Seattle, Tijuana, etc. Considering the price, this hotel was disgrace. This hotel was filthy, service was horrible, staff was extremely rude and totally unprofessional and not accommodating. Here is a list: -Dirty. So so dirty. My socks were stained dark brown after a few moments walking around in the room. Mattress had yellow and brown stains, very lumpy. Shower was peeling, all metal items had rust, ceiling had clear indications of water damage, leading the room to smell of mildew. The trim on the floor was filthy, brown and yellow stains, covered in dirt and who knows what. Behind the toilet appeared to have never have been cleaned. Behind dressers, vanity, was disgusting. -items not working: While door closed, large gap was seen under door at the bottom. During a storm, wind and rain leaked under door frame in the gap. Hair dryer did not work. -Safety issues: Elevators were slow and did not always work, not a huge issue HOWEVER the emergency exit stairway door was not usable, the door not just swung in circles. -Poor service: staff were rude, disrespectful, rolled eyes at my when I asked if I could have my quarters back after the laundry machine ate them. Front desk staff so unapproachable when asked for extra towels and linens, we eventually stopped asking. Overall awful.

The hotel/motel is old very run down. The room looked like it was stuck in the sixties, with furniture the was all beaten up and light fixtures the looked like they were found on the side of the road.
