I was unable to check in because I missed my flight and did not check in at the time first indicated. I then was told that they had no rooms and were completely booked. It’s completely understandable if there was instructions that indicated if you don’t check in by a specific time your room will be forfeited however that was not indicated at any point and they were able to double charge for my room. I was not refunded and the rented the room again. These types of business tactics seem unjust. Really disappointed in Expedia and Ramada.
