Everything about this day was disappointing, we couldn't get the shuttle pick up from the airport because they would constantly put me on hold when I called, so after being on hold for 25 minutes I gave up and just took an Uber. The restaurant bar on premises is permanently closed which was a huge selling point of this listing. The pool and outdoor area was also closed for the duration of my stay (8 days). Everything in this building is incredibly loud, from the elevator to the pipes, you can hear everything. There was a dining room table and two chairs in my room and the chairs were falling apart, missing boards and screws, I had to hand tighten the remaining screws to keep them from falling apart. The Wi-Fi did not work in my room except very late at night for a few hours. The vending machines and ice machine on my floor were also out of order. Interacted with a few staff members, a fewer friendly and one was very unpleasant.

When we entered the hotel and began the check in, one of the women literally said she was not going to help us. There was another woman not doing anything and didn't acknowledge us. As far as the room, the door had a bandaid over the peephole, there was a huge gap under the door that I had to stuff towels under so that bugs or animals wouldn't get in overnight. Maintenance was awful. Furniture was peeling, the tub train was gross and rusty. The calk job around the area looked like a 5 year old did the job. Breakfast was just OK. Pre packaged breakfast sandwiches, really? I booked this location early due to location to the port. I paid $150 for one night only to find out that if I waited I could have paid $50 for the night I would love to send you photos that I took of the room so that you can see how awful it was. I chose this because I felt, Ramada at $150 a night would be a better value. I've stayed in cheeper hotels that were much nicer. Ramada should be ashamed to have their brand associated with this location

The room appeared clean until we stepped into the bathroom, layered dust circled the floor around the bathroom and other people’s hair was left on floor and in bathtub! Yuck!

When I arrived the woman at the front was not very friendly. She directed me to read a paper that informed there would be no water from 5am-10am the next morning. I was not advised of this prior to arriving and it was late in the evening, I had an early morning flight, and so I still stayed. But the issue was communicated about very poorly. The toilet in my room was difficult to flush, the curtains were broken so anyone could look in and see me sleeping. I had to use hair ties to secure it. The shower looked pretty gross so I did not even use it. The hotel itself was very loud, I had a very unrestful night which was disappointing given my early flight. I was not expecting anything fancy, but I was not expecting it to be so low quality. I will not stay there again and was disappointed that the Expedia app had given me the impression I would be staying at a better quality hotel.

Upon arrival, was notified that there would be no water from 5:00 am to 10:00 am. Checked out two hours earlier than usual because of no washroom. On check out, we’re informed that the outage was canceled. Would have been good to be notified. Room certainly needs renovations.
