Very disappointing and uncomfortable stay. This place is extremely outdated and honestly gross. There were empty beer cans in the toilet tank, which made it hard to flush—completely unacceptable. The bathtub was dirty, the shower made strange noises, and the TV kept turning on and off throughout the night, making it hard to sleep. The area didn’t feel safe either. When we walked to the gas station next door, we saw multiple drunk individuals and people wearing ankle monitors. We only stayed here because our flight was canceled and had no other choice. Even though we were only here for around 10 hours, it was an incredibly unpleasant experience. I would not recommend staying here under any circumstances.

Some front office staff was rude and abrupt. The property was extremely old. The furniture in the rooms were chipping and the ceiling had parts where the concrete fell out. Also, the room smelt musty as if there was was recent water damage. The water pressure in the bathroom was extremely low. However, the rooms were extremely spacious.

I stayed at this property this past weekend. The first night we noticed everything was dirty and run down. I thought for the money is wish it was a little cleaner. When in our room we noticed a cockroach on the wall. I tried to look past this as I know this is not uncommon in Florida to see a cockroach. Well that evening before bed I saw a couple more. The next morning when waking up I turned the light on and tons of cockroach scattered off the wall. I spoke with the front desk and they moved us immediately to a room on a high floor. The new room had mold all over in corners of the wall, lamp shade and bed skirt. I decided I could no longer stay at this hotel. I asked for a refund on the next two days that had already been paid for. I expected to pay for the night we stayed. This hotel refused to work with me on this. I tried several times to reach out to the manager with no success. I then notified Expedia who tried helping me, and the manager still refused to refund me the 2 days I was not going to be staying. Horrible place.
