Worst hotel experience we ever had. Room was very neglected and run down. The ceiling light did not work, we requested it to be fixed and maintenance showed up at 10 pm when we were in bed. We asked him to come back next day and never returned. We were supposed to have 2 queen beds and actually had 2 full size beds. We did not receive room service after first night, we were told we had to request room service? So we said yes of course we want room service do next day, and still after we returned from our outing that evening we opened the the hotel room door again to unmaid beds, a pile of dirty wet towels on the floor, trash cans overflowing, and darkness when we tried to turn on the light switch, We checked out immediately and went to another hotel nearby and had a much better stay!

Staff was not very friendly upon check-in. The room was not cleaned properly from previous guests. The tub wasn't draining and o had to shower in a tub of water. The toilet didn't flush properly and we had to flush it several times. The bed had a cigarette burn on the sheets.

The staff was rude. Beds were very squeaky and uncomfortable. The furniture was old and rusted. The floors were dirty, left our feet black. Breakfast consisted of waffles and toast. Would not recommend this hotel unless in a really big pinch.

I booked the room online and states breakfast 6:30-9:30 am. When I checked in (Saturday) counter staff said breakfast starts at 7 AM that 6:30 AM is only Monday through Friday. This was not mentioned when I booked the room. It’s a big deal when you don’t have enough time in the whole intention of staying at the Ramada airport is to be closed due to an early flight. In room 515: TV signal is horrible You can’t connect anything to the outlets because they are loose. Plug falls. One of the lamps was not connected, in order for me to plug it in. I will have to move the whole damn bed frame. The shower dial for temperature of water is wrong. If you want hot water, you have to turn it too cold and vice versa. Took us a while to figure that one out. I messaged Expedia to see if I got a refund since we are not getting breakfast. Expedia contacted the hotel and they decided to send a maintenance guy at 6:30 PM to fix the plugs. I told him don’t worry about it. We’re leaving tomorrow. we’re tired and you’re not gonna start fixing something this late. The man just left without saying a single word. I gave this hotel a 2 and will never be staying here again. This was my experience and I’ll let you form your own judgment. Lastly, I was told to call tomorrow at 9 AM Eastern time and ask for Amy or amador. Now I have to figure out a way to call at 9 AM while I’m up on the air on my flight. The good: Close to airport Microwave is down the hallway, not inside your room

The room was nasty, you guys need to update your pictures. The pictures Expedia has posted makes this place look better than it is. The beds are hard as a brick and staff do no clean your room. The tub have mildew on them. Never would recommend this place!

Definitely deteriorating from last time I was there. Arrived about 8:30 pm. Trash can in lobby was overflowing. Heater didn’t work in the room and breakfast was canceled because supplier didn’t show up. Only good thing was the price

We checked in at 9 PM, the desk clerk was not helpful at all. We went down for breakfast and the only thing available was toast. When I needed a ride to the airport I was told we had to wait 45 minutes because we didn’t make a reservation when we checked in. Only because I complained, loudly, did the morning clerk get us a ride right away. I’ve had good experiences at Ramadas in the past, Tampa was not a good experience.

Can tell they tried to remodel somewhat, but bathrooms were gross. Shower was disgusting. Shower only ran with one setting that shot the water out of narrow middle of shower head. Found hair in the shower. Tiles in shower were painted over hut now paint is falling off. Front desk was nuce and friendly.
