The hotel needs better staffing. The day we checked in there was only one overwhelmed clerk trying to check in 6 people with vouchers from a cancelled flight ahead of us. It took an hour for us to get to the front of the line with a reservation. The room we had was comfortable, but staff would only clean if you requested 24 hrs in advance. The ice machines on our floor didn't work. My husband went 2 floors up to use that one. The day before we checked out none of the ice machines worked. The tv reception was not the greatest, so only a few channels could be accessed, which probably wouldn't be the greatest if a family was trying to entertain kids.

Bathtub had hair from prior guest. then I found hair on bed from prior guest. I told the person at the front desk and they just said it would be investigated. I don't remember him apologizing. Overall, it was ok for the price. Just felt cheap overall.

Where does one even start when reviewing this hotel… I’ll start with only positive thing, the location. It’s about a 5 min drive to TPA, which is super nice when you have an early morning flight. The staff at the hotel seemed very indifferent. They seem like they were only there to collect a paycheck. The room we stayed in was in really bad shape. The door to the washroom was cracked and missing chunks out of it. The toilet didn’t flush properly and we had to fill the garbage can with water to make it flush all the way. The fixtures were rusty and lamps and AC unit were dusty. The decor is super out dated and the room needs a fresh paint job. And there’s a strip club right next door to the property. I expect more out of a Wyndham property.

This place needs serious maintenance. The shower head was broken. Alarm clock broken. Tub drain was slow. There are five floors and all ice machines were broken. The next day two floors had ice the others were broke.
