I couldn't tell if the overhead light was just crusted or covered in mold but it was nasty. Gouges in the walls, dirt mopped up into the corners. Cable was in and out while trying to listen to music to cover up some loud noise (maybe pipes?) that screeched every hour or so, all night.

Showed up at 3 pm and had to wait in a line up for 45 mins. Their computer system needs upgrading. Took forever to find you name on their system. Older hotel, clean but needed a few amenities. One of the beds was broken.

From the minute we walked in. It smelled like sewage when we walked in. The elevator sounded like it was going to break any second. The rooms were stale, broken drawers, chipped wood, chipped soap holder in shower. Terrible. Not somewhere you would stay with family. Also, on a side note, it is right next to a go go bar. It should be somewhere about that because it makes it that much worse. We checked out immediately. I would think Ramada/Wyndham would have higher standards for their hotels.

I reserved the execute king room. At 5:30pm, I was told housekeeping had not released those rooms, but they would be available once I returned from dinner. Waited in line for 30 mins at 9pm to be told all the execute king rooms were taken. I was given a key to a regular king room. When I tried to open the door the security latch caught and I heard a man and woman yelling. I marched back down to the front desk and told the woman that she gave me a room with someone already in there. I asked her to make notes in my file about what happened. Upon checking out, the manager had no idea what had happened and offered no reparation or apologies. Stay away from this property.

Horrible….1-1/2 hour wait for shuttle. 2 hours to check in. Line 50-60 deep in line to check in. Made every guest wait till 3pm to check. Out the front of the hotel! No heat in room. No one came to repair. Trash overflowing in the lobby. Hotel Restaraunt closed up. Breakfast was horrible. Ran out of what little product the served. Poor.
