Staff was great and friendly, lobby was clean with the exception of the bathrooms that needed major attention. Tne room was clean but smelled of must and almost mildewish, we opened the door for an hour to air it out which helped alot. We stayed for a quick place to sleep after a Tampa Bay Bucs night game and for the price and location it was worth it.

Hotel was dated, dark gloomy paths at night when we checked in, water from air conditionin units leak all over lhallways , bathroom tiles were coated with latex paint and peeled away at many placed. Mattress covers were torn and very used looking, pillows are used beyond its fulness

Floors in room were dirty. Sink did not drain. Tiles broken in bathroom. Window covers were tattered. Windows were old and noise was a problem most of the night. Mattress was squeaky and old with hollow. Room decor was old and not well maintained, with rusty light fixtures and bathroom fixtures. General appearance of lobby and public areas was old and not well finished. Breakfast was just average for foods and beverages, and poor for environment. In general the the facility was old and depressing. The only good factor is the location, which is close by TPA. We travel from TPA regularly and definitely will NOT be staying there again.
