Terrific and easily accessible
Cute house, great location for accessing convention center, airport, historic district, and other areas of interest. The host is responsive and invested in the experience of his guests. Highly recommend this lodging!

Great location
We really enjoyed our stay here. It is close to downtown and it was super cute. Very basic but exactly what we needed for what we were there for. Electrical outlets in the bedrooms were almost nonexistent. I recommend bring a power strip! I had to go purchase one because we had 2 cell phones, 2 watches, and a cpap machine to plug in. No tvs in bedrooms. *sighs* Some things that need improvement: The back yard needs cleaning up: it looked awful. There was only 3 wash cloths and 4 towels. Not quite enough for 3 people for 3 nights and no washing detergent. We had to go purchase some. Only one roll of toilet paper. We had to go purchase some. No cleaner for counter tops. Ants were all over the place and we couldn’t leave anything on the counter. Dish sponges were gross and there was no dishwasher pods to do the dishes.

Red flags everywhere.
We checked into this house on a Monday and we were out of there on Tuesday afternoon, hence being so sleep deprived Monday we didn’t realize how un clean the house was when we arrived Monday. We were traveling with a 1 1/2 year old. The house was not thoroughly cleaned, the vents had build up dust, the windows were filthy and the door was not sealed well as you could see daylight through the door. The shower head was broken; and there was no drain plug in the bathtub for our child to bathe. Was an absolute nightmare wouldn’t recommend to anyone. Also outlets where hanging out of the wall and the Wi-Fi didn’t work no person should stay in this place for the price. Then said I would get full refund and only got half of my refund 500$ for 14 hours was horrible! Hope people see this

Nice and cozy
Overall, the experience was very good. The cottage is in quiet place and near the downtown area and other attractions. I wish there was better lighting in the back porch to sit and walk the dog at night which can be a safety issue. In addition, there are loose step stones in the back porch.
