The master suite boasts a king-size Sleep Number bed, while the gourmet kitchen is ready for inspired meals. Downtown Tampa is only minutes away—explore the Riverwalk, dine along the water, and visit the Tampa Museum of Art.

Hardwood floors, designer lighting, and views of the pool create an inviting main living space. A sofa and loveseat center around a 50” Roku TV, perfect for movie nights, while a sunlit study offers a quiet place to work or read. The chef’s kitchen features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, soft-close cabinets, and an island with seating for two. Gather for meals at the four-person dining table or enjoy alfresco dining on the patio.

This home sleeps six guests. The primary suite offers a king-size Sleep Number bed, 40” TV, pool views, and an en-suite bath with double vanity and walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed and window seat, while the third bedroom has a twin daybed with twin trundle and a window seat. The shared bath features a tub/shower combo with mosaic tile.

Outside, a private waterfall pool and spa set the scene for relaxation. Lounge chairs, umbrellas, and a shaded seating area invite all-day comfort. Grill your favorites, then dine poolside for a perfect Florida evening. A front porch with armchairs offers another peaceful retreat.

Additional amenities include a washer/dryer, complimentary Wi-Fi, and covered parking for two vehicles. For security, exterior cameras are in place, some facing the pool. Within a short walk, reach Trips Diner (4 blocks) or Rooster & The Till (6 blocks). Downtown Tampa is a 15-minute drive, St. Pete’s beaches are under 40 minutes, and International Plaza shopping is just 7 miles away. Busch Gardens is 5 miles, Lowry Zoo is minutes away, and the Lower Hillsborough Wilderness Preserve is 16 miles.

Please note: Pool heating is available for $40/day and requires at least 3 days’ notice, payable prior to check-in. Contact Vacasa after booking to arrange heating for your stay.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
