It is not a hotel. This is a 10 EUR, worker's accommodation. It is a shame!

I was concerned that the hotel would be very poor, but for the price it was certainly fine for an overnight. Basic accommodations, but 24 reception, and good air conditioning.

Не плохой вариант переночевать 1 ночь. Завтрак (за доп.плату) скуден. Кровати скрипят, душевая кабинка подтекает, но в общем сносно.
