Summary: Maisonnets invites you to discover this stylish 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment, recently renovated and refurbished. It features an open-plan kitchen/dining/living space with Bosch appliances. A private courtyard and deck offer an alfresco dining setting and barbecue. Just a few kilometres from Sydney’s CBD (Downtown), the apartment is within walking distance to shops, eateries, Glebe Foreshore Park, and the upscale ‘Tramsheds’ food hub. Rozelle Markets and King Street Newtown shopping precinct are only 10 minutes' drive away.
The Space: Ascend a short flight of stairs and you’ll arrive at this renovated 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment in charming Annandale. With polished floorboards throughout, the apartment has an open plan kitchen/dining/living area featuring stylish black ‘subway’ kitchen tile work, stone kitchen bench tops, an island bench with microwave oven and Bosch appliances, including a 3 burner induction cooktop, under-bench oven and dishwasher. The dining table seats 4 people and flows through to the living area which offers wall-mounted reverse-cycle aircon, a ‘Smart TV’, occasional chair and ‘click clack ‘ sofa which can be converted into a double bed, bringing the total sleeping capacity of the unit to 6 people if needed.
Large glass stacker doors take you from the living area to an outdoor deck where you’ll find another 4 person alfresco dining setting protected by a glass safety fence. From there, it’s a few steps down to a private, paved courtyard with gas barbecue and retractable clothes line.
Both bedrooms have queen beds, with one bedroom offering loads of wardrobe space for extended stays. The bathroom has more black subway tiling, echoing the kitchen design, as well as floor-to-ceiling white tiles and a roomy shower recess with a frameless glass screen. There’s also a European-style laundry with an Electrolux washing machine and dryer combined, and the same stylish black subway tiling. The apartment comes with portable heaters for use in the apartment.
The Neighborhood: With its leafy streets, historic pubs and heritage homes, Annandale is a just a few kilometres from Sydney’s CBD (Downtown) but comes with a charming ‘village’ vibe. The apartment itself is less than 10 minutes walk to the shops and eateries on the corner of Johnston and Booth streets, where you can also enjoy a beer and a pub meal at the North Annandale Hotel. Other nearby attractions include Glebe Foreshore Park and the ‘Tramsheds’, a buzzy food and shopping mall housed in the former historic Rozelle Tram Depot, less than 10 minutes stroll away. Rozelle Markets and King Street Newtown shopping and restaurant hub are only 10 minutes drive.
Getting Around: The apartment comes with a dedicated parking space, but if you prefer public transport there are bus and light rail (tram) services walking distance away which will take you into Sydney’s CBD (Downtown) in about 30 minutes.
Other Things to Note: * Before you arrive you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Truvi. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Truvi will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process.
* An additional $40 will be charged to your total if a check-in happens after 8 pm, and we require your arrival time as the Concierge does not live on site.
* A mandatory full clean of the property and complete linen change will be done every 4 weeks and added to your total booking amount for any booking longer than a month. This will be added to your total amount and processed separately.
* Extra $40/night will be charged for guests after 4 or if the sofa bed needs to be prepared.
*If you are eligible for a full refund as per our cancellation policy, a processing fee of $50 still applies.
*After check-in, if you choose to shorten your stay, you will receive a 50% refund of the unused nights of your booking.

GREAT LOCATION
The location of this property was literally less than a 5 minute walk away from our family’s house. It was so perfect!! Coming from America we didn’t trust ourselves to hire a car and this location was so close to the light rail station. There’s also lovely cafes nearby and easy access to stores. It was very quiet and clean. The hostess was very helpful and kind checking in with me before we came so everything was perfect when we arrived. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. <3 Thank you so much

Great apartment & location!
Great to have an off-street parking space - a rarity in the inner west! Pretty squeezy to get a 4 wheel drive wagon into parking area from back lane though! Apartment had all facilities & equipment needed. Good beds, shower, lots of space & only 10 or so steps from ground level. Easy walk or quick drive to Annandale shops or Tramsheds for groceries, restaurants/cafes or takeaway food. Communication with apartment management was not easy - responses to emails & messages weren't that quick & not possible to make contact by phone at all, as message bank full. Some confusion on booking as to whether children were allowed to stay in this apartment - VRBO listed it as no children allowed, but apparently that wasn't correct. Wouls definitely stay again!

Fabulous area. Walking distance to light rail to city and Dulwich Hill. 20 mins into Haymarket and Central. Cafe, restaurants not too far either.
Unit was really comfy and newly renovated I think. I did have a problem with contacting them at some point but found them on Facebook. Easy from then on and they were very helpful with any enquiry I had.

delightful stay
Communication between Stayz and the owner resulted in some stress a few days before arrival when I was told the total amount had not been paid even though it had been debited from my account a long time previously. Was also confusion regarding refundable deposit to be paid at the property vs paid as part of payment to Stayz. This all happened when I advised original arrival flights has been altered as I had been requested. Once that was sorted (without any acknowledgment or apology) the check in was seamless and courteous and the property was spacious and delightfully presented.
