Stayed 2 nights. The beds were comfortable. Some of the staff was friendly others not so much. The inside had such a strong smell I got a headache upon entering. Thankfully the rooms didn’t smell. Pool and hot tub closed, ice machine broken and breakfast was blah. Anytime you needed someone at front desk no one was there you had to call

Needs a complete remodel & overhaul.

Certain parts smelled of weed. Staff weren't dressed very professional (Most wore normal everyday t-shirts). The 1 morning we were there, their oven was broken. Sign only said "Sorry oven broken". Not a pleasant start of the day when we were there to move our daughter to college. I didnt take a picture but there was a unopened can of sliced beets on the table near the elevator along with a small closed disposal coffee cup. The door to our room (#227) had to be shoved to open with a shoulder due to either misalignment, poor too much paint. Also in our rm, 1 of the sheer curtains had multiple big holes in it. I could fit my arm thru 2 of them. We arrived after 7pm, so didn't get to experience the pool but could tell the bottom needed resurfaced as the paint was peeling.

The positive thing at this property is the staff. So friendly and accommodating. The website is not accurate. There is no spa and hasn’t been for a year. The pool was down our entire stay. They were waiting on a delivery of chemicals? The pictures of the breakfast are also not accurate. There’s no waffle maker. No individual cereal choices.

There was no one at the check-in desk when I arrived, but it was very late. I used the phone on the desk and press zero like with instructed. It rang and rang and rang and rang. No one ever pick up. I went to the back office to see if there was somebody back there asleep, maybe. There was not. After about five minutes, my son came in to check on me. I was still dialing zero and no one was answering. He went into the back office as well to check to see if there was somebody. A worker finally came after about 10 minutes. She rudely came over and slammed the phone down and said a derogatory remark about people not knowing how to use the phone. I do know how to use a phone. I did follow the instructions and no one answered. She went in the back office as my son was exiting and begin yelling at him. She was extremely rude to him. She was in the process of checking us in and another woman came and stood at the counter For a good 2 to 3 minutes. I thought she was just another guest. She then announced herself to me as the general manager I said OK. My son was in the back office trying to help me get somebody to check me in. She became extremely rude with us And said that we had to leave that she was going to cancel our reservation with no money back. She eventually agreed to let me stay the night. I will never go back to the branch of hotel in particular the one is Stillwater.

The staff was the only part of this stay that we found redeeming. It is a run down shell of a hotel with comfortable beds. There is mildew on the windows, doors with questionable security, and a pool that hasn’t been repaired in years.

One one was at the front desk to greet us. We waited close to 10 minutes before someone decided to show up. Drug user on the back side of the building and sleeping within the rooms. No kitchen. More of a half way house than hotel. Definitely not good for kids.

surprisingly spacious inside the hotel but interior and basics in room are dated. TV remote did not work and bathtub drain was clogged. Hallways smelled of cannibas. It is in a central location, so that's great. But for $100 per night, I expected slightly better maintained facilities. Staff were fine and check in was easy.

We were given a room with two queen beds instead of a king bed. It was late at night when we checked in, so we just took it. The property needs updates and maintenance work, but it was clean and comfortable. Staff were not very friendly
