Loud and BAD service

They had Construction going on from 8am to 10pm it was very hard to rest all 3 nights they should have let us know about it before check in had to keep asking for bath towels i will never stay there again

Horrible stay

There was a strange smell in the hallway and strong perfume smell in the room. Front desk couldn't give me any other room (even though the hotel doesn't seem fully booked) Bathroom tissue roll holder was broken, sink water tap just spray everywhere. Overall bad experience.

Arrived and was helped by a rude front desk staff. Went to the room which was a nice size but light above table was broken, tub had been cracked and patched. Floor could have used vacuuming. In the am the front desk clerk was on her phone on speaker and didn't even notice us waithing then for breakfast it was a brown bag and we asked for waffles and got frozen pancakes instead. If you want a good experience go somewhere else

This property is not as advertised. It was FILTHY. The carpet was nasty, bugs in the light, something spilled all over the walls and lamp, crayon drawing all over the way, the refrigerator leaks, holes in the tub, carpet and wall paper pulling away from the floor and walls. When I went to check out, there was no one at the front desk. I had to call corporate to contact someone, who was clearly asleep. No coffee, the door by my room unlocked, windows boarded up, dogs barking roo.smelled like cigarette smoke. Hands down the grossest hotel I've ever stayed at. Period.

This is a studio with a kitchen and big refrigerator. But we did not find the cooking ware in the first day. They are in the dish washer. If you would like to cook by yourself, it will be convenient. But the breakfast is frozen; two people of us tasted it; the other did not eat it. We don't like it. The water faucet in our room keeps dripping and needs replacement. It is just at road side and easy to drive past it. The navigator routed pretty far away and then came back. Please pay attention to it.

Warning! Do not stay at this condemned hotel.

To be completely honest, this hotel is gross. Front desk was nice at check-in. First room had filthy carpet and noisy heater. Second room not much better. Hotel is going thru a renovation based on the signs posted, but its current condition is condemned and should be shut down until all renovation is complete. Breakfast is a joke. Some microwaveable garbage handed to you in a bag with no fresh fruit option.
