There was no elevators, we have to go through 3 flights of stairs to make it to our room, also the hours for the Bluebeard castle were limited, only 10am to 2pm

Front desk gals very rude, we were placed in a room four flights down stairs then 39 more stairs to pool and restaurant. Asked for luggage pickup at 8am to checkout to make our plane, had to call twice and still waited 28 minutes after carrying our bags up the four flights of stairs. I have bad knees and we were never given the heads up regarding our room location. The hotel was definitely not full this was off high season. Will not be back!!!

Amazing view, quiet, didn’t have to leave the hotel for anything. They have a convenient store as well as restaurant and I love the fact that the pool stay open till midnight!! I miss my flight and was able to stay near the airport, but I chose to rent this place for another night

Good stay very nice place it’s just that we were told we could get an extend check out at no charge for an added hour but was later rejected at the last minute. The hotel was great not much around to shop you have to take a taxi to get around. On the property does have food but the cost is expensive compared to when you go out. The room we stayed in was good washer and dryer in the room. The staff should communicate better when one thing is told to a guest. I would recommend this locate 8/10

The location of the room itself wasn’t expected. There isn’t daily housekeeping, you need to bag the dirty towels and/or linen and call the front desk and let them know you need them refreshed. 1st time staying at a hotel where daily housekeeping doesn’t happen. The two times I called the front desk, Julissa answered and the towels spent hours outside the door until I called an additional time to remind them. Lots of stairs to the room and to get to the pool. You’ll be charged $75/hr extra past 10 am check out.
