This room was on the ground floor, advertised as an ADA room. There was no double security lock, only the door deadbolt.

The room we were put into had a broken shower pan. Luckily I seen it before we showered and were able to be cautious and not cut our feet on the fiberglas shower pan.

First room did not have the main switch for lights and tv working. The nice lady at the desk gave us a second room soon after but we had driven 8 hours and was disappointed with this delay to finally rest our reserved room. Both rooms had trash behind the dressers and surrounding the refrigerator. Only passing through and leaving as soon as I can

We had to change rooms because the television in our first room would not work. The person in the office came to our room to try the fix the problem, but when she couldn’t, she promptly moved us to a nearby room. Other than the TV, everything was great! Both rooms were clean and spacious.

We were traveling with our dogs so we were grateful that this hotel was pet friendly. The room seemed adequate but we found items all over the carpet that were left behind near the bed or cabinets like dirty socks, a dirty dog ball, and other random objects. If the room was vacuumed well, we would have ranked the room/hotel higher. We appreciated the refrigerator/freezer very much. The staff were nice and helpful. It was convenient to have places nearby to eat and shop.
