We booked a family of four and were given the comfortable Chalet Doc, which can accommodate up to eight, what a big surprise! The recently renovated new kitchen made our cooking in the forest a pleasant experience. The facilities are kept tidy, clean, and ready for guest use, the old tennis balls, however, can be replaced. The sleep was peaceful and everyone enjoyed the sound of water running next to the chalet. Good weather, unique rainforest setting, and this incredible sensory recharge session for city folks really beg for a return visit in the very near future.

Tranquility...seclusion Lovely spa outdoors near the babbling creek. Quality furnishings throughout. Complete relaxation here. Peace and quiet. visiting wildlife was lovely.

Very relaxing and cozy

Very friendly team and relaxing rainforest setting. So comfortable and cozy we didn't want to leave! Great quiet getaway.

Beautiful rainforests, peaceful and so much tolove

Pros: Staff, the dog at the front, everything!
Cons: Cabins spaced out a little bit more.
Location: Nothing really nearby besides cafe's
The driving there was a bit of a get around, but besides that the place was amazing, we even got poured on by rain yet it was still amazing ahah! I very much do recommend this hotel. It has an olden day scent to it. You must go there!

Absolutely loved our stay!

We stayed in the Sleepy cabin which is right next to the creek and loved it. The cabin itself is spacious, loved the spa, fireplace and outdoor bbq. Definitely recommend this as a place to stay to relax and unwind.

Amazing rainforest escape

It's like hiding away in a dense rainforest with all the tech and creature comforts of modern life. A really special place that is hard to describe, can't wait to go again.

Rainforest serenity

Pros: Extra care to make you feel welcome such as music playing, lights on in the room on arrival and a glass of port.
Cons: No local eateries so take your own food. No oven but good microwave. Salt, pepper, oil, tea, instant coffee and sugar are provided.
Location: Great walks - Twin Falls Circuit (2 hours), Purling Brook Falls (1 hour), Best of All Lookout, Natural Bridge Circuit (1 hour)
Relaxing 2 days in 'Dopey' cabin with cheeky bush turkey and 2 friendly black possums the only visitors. Log fire, good choice of movies, music, comfy bed, spa bath, weber barbecue etc add to the pleasure. Spent a good day walking along canyon rims, behind waterfalls and through lush rainforest. Great place to chill out in complete privacy.
