It was all electronic entry and I received the email on my office email address. I arrived around 9pm, and there was no one to open the door, but a kind gentleman helped me come in and let me know the WiFi password. I was able to enter the and it was very warm. I was very disappointed that there was no soap in the Shower or the Sink. I could only make one cup of Tea as there was only a small amount of UHT milk. Other than this it was fine. I managed to park on the drive, and I left in the morning for work

The property was ok for a basic base, they don’t provide towels, the front door wasn’t working to let you in but you could go out that way. The lock on the bedroom door wasn’t very good you had to keep pressing to get it to light up so that you could put your code in. For the price I would say you get what you pay for I paid £90.90 for 2 nights.

No parking, no wi-fi, bed is uncomfortable and it had springs poking, a pile of electrical cord in the room looks so unsafe. Main front door the code doesn’t work from outside. Kettle was across the room the base on the other side..no TV, no towels in shower, no soap or shower gel , nothing..

Security was bad. Key codes didn't work so external doors were left open. Another guest told us the front door entry key pad hadn't worked for ages Communal areas were dirty and had laundry piled upon surfaces. Broken laundry equipment in communal areas. Barking loose dog in communal areas. Room was dirty, had black mould on the walls, no kettle and the curtains were falling off. I would not stay or recommend this accommodation to anyone.

The “Guest House” (we’ll use the term lightly) was less sanitary and accommodating than I’d imagine a stay at auschwitz was. The entrance is through a communal kitchen and then laundry room for the multi occupancy flats above. The room was filthy, stunk of smoke, ash and mould. Had paint peeling off the walls, ash and mould in the shower, drug paraphernalia bags in the toilet, filth everywhere, no central heating just a single small electric fan heater and was about as enticing as a week away with Fred and rose west. If criminals spent a week there instead of 6 months in prison luxury they would atop reoffending.

The room was freezing cold I called up the properties personal helpline to request the heating be turned on and was told it would turn on at 5pm and be on all night. That was not the case and I had to huddle up under the blanket and use my own breath to heat myself up. It was a good property for the price however definitely not suitable to stay in for more than a night. It felt like sleeping on the streets.

Didn’t see staff but the room has a TV but no antenna the plug has been pulled off and the remote would not work prob the batteries are dead. The room was clean could have done with a bit more sugar and milk .Door lock electronic did not work.

The only good thing about the place was the proximity to shops! For starters, you can’t get in the front door! Always have to use the rear access! The room was disgusting, very dirty with numerous marks and damage. The cleanliness was appalling, my room was riddled with little fruit flies and I mean riddled, I’d kill 10 and within an hour there would be more! The fire alarm went off at midnight one night and it’s a good job I’m a fire engineer and knew how to reset the box otherwise I wouldn’t have slept at all! The bed was broken and collapsed! The heating doesn’t work! I have no good words about the place. There’s always a company van parked in one of the parking spots also, I really wouldn’t be advertising the place and forcing guests to park on other streets! Avoid avoid avoid!
