Good central location; fairly quiet [room 406]. Very poor TV; one news channel and one English movie channel [HBO]. CNN, Bloomburg and one other channel no signal. An English-speaking local news channel would be good.

Only one night stay. Very helpful staff, felt very welcomed. Beautiful room and well kept. Would like to have stayed longer.

The staff were extremely friendly, they offered advise for food delivery services and were very accommodating. The rooms were large with everything we needed.

Small friendly boutique hotel.

Pros: Friendly staff.
Cons: More storage space in the bathroom eg a shelf for toiletries.
Location: In the Tiong Bahru district near a hawker eating area for cheap, quick food.
We were welcomed warmly by the front desk gentlemen at 2am and found that all the staff were the same throughout our 4 day stay. A very good full breakfast is available and the bed was comfortable. The Outram Park MRT is 5 minute walk or the hotel has a shuttle bus service to there and other places. The MRT is excellent and easy to negotiate. We would recommend this small, cosy hotel if you want to get away from the huge ones.

Great central and close to transport

A smaller hotel but wow would one of our best hotel we have stayed in. The size of the hotel room was good ample size. It cleaned daily to a high standard. The staff was extremely helpful and was always there and willing to help. Would I go back the answer is most certainly

Nice hotel, basic facilities but thoughtful extras

Depending where you want to be, this hotel is fairly central. A short walk to Outram Park MRT Station. Small but neat rooms. One extra special touch: a mobile phone with free texts and calls to 5 countries (including Australia). The staff are wonderful and can't do enough for you.

Close to the Marina

Pros: I thought the rooms batted above their average
Cons: For a late traveler it's nice to eat sometimes, maybe a limited overnight menu, toasted sandwich etc, especially when you leave prior to breakfast
Location: Good for the Ferrys
I had a short stay overnight and needed to catch an early Ferry to Batam. This hotel was perfect. Quiet, good room facilities, easy to get a taxi and close to everything I needed for this trip
