Hotel was an easy walk to the top of Orchard Road and the MRT station. I found the rooms to be noisy based on the fact they all opened to the giant atrium which carried sound readily from downstairs. And my bed was hard as a rock, but the kids beds were fine. Staff were universally excellent and breakfast was terrific.

5 star hotel - 30 years ago.

Pros: Restaurants and bars were outstanding.
Cons: Whole hotel needs a reno.
Location: I suspect its at the wrong end of town, everything we did and wanted to do was at the other end of Orchard road, 15 minutes in a cab away.
Rooms in need of renovation. Old and a little musty. When did you last stay in a 5 star hotel with a step in bath and a plastic shower curtin?
