Location was good, close to all cuisine options and the mall across the road had entertainment and shopping. Staff were friendly and the rooms was clean and modern. The family premier room was on the same floor as the pool making it easy for the kids to enjoy. Family room was large and had 3 separate bedrooms for our family to all have space.

The hotel is in a great location. It is generally safe to walk around even in the late night. There are good dining options very close to the hotel and Novotel itself has a restaurant with great menu. Overall, excellent hotel in a nice location.

Overall good with the exception of front desk staf

Everything was good other than the front desk staff. They were very rude in responding. Especially a staff Rochel was extremely rude with her response.
