We got catfished. The hotel looks nothing like the pictures. The enitre hotel is underconstruction, something you are not made aware of when you book The pool and the spa are closed due to the renovations, something else your not told when booking. There was crickets in the room Parking was horrible, we had to park across the street in a vacant lot I was very disappointed for the price that we paid! If I wanted a crappy hotel I could have stayed at the Motel 6 for $100 cheaper.

Under construction, you don’t find this out till you’ve checking in, No pool, hot tub, workout room. Loud drilling at 7am. And very old place. Very upset!!! Got into our room there was NO AC unit on the wall so we had to take all our stuff back downstairs and change rooms. Tried getting refunded and Expedia wants to charge us $199 to cancel!!!! I will never book through them again.

We have stayed many times at this Radisson Hotel in Santa Maria. Unfortunately, the hotel is undergoing a major renovation to most parts of the hotel including most of the rooms. No bar. No restaurant. Also, we have noticed a decline in the room cleanliness. Maybe after the room remodeling this might change. The staff needs to keep the carpets in the room clean. If there is a spill, it needs to be cleaned with a spot steam cleaning like I do with a Bissell in my home. No excuse for dirty carpets.

When booking we were not advised that there was MAJOR construction going on at the hotel. We were advised upon checking in that there was construction, and it started an 7 am. Our room connected to where the construction was occurring. We started hearing people moving about as early as 6am. One time someone knocked on our wall.

At time of booking, there was no mention of the fact that the entire atrium was being remodeled and only oneelevator was working. I would probably gone elsewhere if I knew that beforehand.
