Maid service could have paid attention to detailed cleanliness. The soapdish in the shower had a buildup that was disgusting. Really soft bed. The blackout curtain needs to be lowered.

March Stay

Upon arrival, we were greeted efficiently and pleasantly. The lobby was a bit muggy. I mentioned it and the desk person said it was just the time of year. Soon after getting to the room we realized there was no water at all. That wasn’t mentioned during check-in. During the stay we had intermittent cold, but no hot water. After two days of being checked in, we finally had hot and cold water. Another issue we found was the latch on the door didn’t always latch. We thought we had figured out what the problem was, but didn’t. We mentioned it upon checkout.
