Très agréable lieu de vacances sur Saint-Denis d'Oléron

La maison, implantée en plein cœur de Saint-Denis, est agréable à vivre et s'organise autour du patio et sa petite piscine. On y est au calme (la rue est piétonne de 7h à 15h tous les jours en été). Le parking public est tout proche. La maison est idéale pour une grande famille ou des amis, avec deux cuisines (et 3 frigos !) plusieurs chambres, deux salles d'eau, de quoi prendre les repas dedans/dehors à 10 (ne manque, pour ceux qui sont contraints de maintenir un lien avec leur job pendant leurs vacances ..., qu'un accès internet wifi, ce qui nécessite un partage de connexion avec le portable). Le propriétaire (peintre !) Mr Vincent a sa galerie attenante donnant sur la rue. Il est à l'écoute et très disponible. Bref, un lieu de vacances idéal à plusieurs sur cette belle île d'Oléron qui se déguste surtout à pieds ou à vélo.

Très agréable séjour entre amis

Nous étions 3 couples avec enfants et cette charmante ancienne maison de pêcheur nous a abrité pour une semaine. La configuration en U de la maison a permis à chaque famille d'avoir son intimité tout en se retrouvant pour des moments conviviaux dans le jardin. Les enfants ont adoré la petite piscine. Et nous avons délaissé la voiture grace à l'emplacement a proximité de la plage et au coeur du village. Je recommande !

Excellentes vacances à l'île d'Oléron

Un séjour en famille formidable. Le village de Saint Denis d'Oléron est typique des villages insulaires. L'emplacement de cette résidence nous a permis de profiter de la proximité des commerces, du marché quotidien ainsi que de la plage pour les enfants, du port pour les plus grands avec ses bars et restaurants ainsi que les activités nautiques bienvenues pour l'adolescente ravie de l'activité paddle ! Lionel discret et efficace nous a reçu avec beaucoup de chaleur dans cette maison particulièrement adaptée aux familles nombreuses. Chacun a pu bénéficier de son espace et l'équipement très fourni en vaisselle, réfrigérateur, lave vaisselle etc nous a bien facilité le séjour. Le petit plus : la mini piscine avec sa douche d'extérieur qui a été utilisée quotidiennement En bref de beaux souvenirs pour tous !

Très bon accueil par les propriétaires. Maison très agréable grâce à sa configuration qui permet à chacun d'avoir son indépendance. Nous étions 7 adultes et 2 enfants de moins de 2 ans et pourtant nous n'avions absolument pas l'impression de nous gêner ! Emplacement idéal au centre de St Denis proche de tous les commerces et non loin de la plage et du port. La petite piscine est un plus et à été bien appréciée. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour et comptons bien y revenir.

IDEALE EN FAMILLE

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans cette jolie maison de village. Bien qu'en plein cœur de Saint-Denis et de l'animation (marché, commerces, boutiques, restaurants ... à la porte), la maison est étonnamment au calme, aucun bruit extérieur. Tout peut se faire à pied y compris aller à la plage et au port. Un petit havre de paix où chacun peut avoir son indépendance avec les deux salons et les deux espaces extérieurs. La "minuscule piscine" est bien appréciable surtout en période de canicule ! Elle est parfaitement équipée (jolie vaisselle, mobilier, produits de base à disposition ...) tout y est. Merci encore à Monsieur et Madame Vincent pour leur confiance et tous leurs conseils et informations donnés pendant notre séjour. Bonne fin de saison et à bientôt à Saint-Denis.

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine à Oléron. La maison est très bien agencée, très bien décorée, située en plein centre, à quelques pas du marché, du port… Le contact avec les hôtes a été parfait: réactifs, facilitants et partageant avec enthousiasme les charmes de l’île. Seul petit bémol, il ne s’agit pas d’un jacuzzi mais d’une petite piscine non utilisable en octobre. Mais rien de grave: la terrasse, bien abritée et bien exposée, est un vrai plus! Nous recommandons ce logement!

Un petit coin de paradis

Magnifique séjour dans une maison parfaite pour y passer du temps en famille et entre amis. Nous avons été accueillis par des hôtes charmants et au petit soin dans une maison propre, spacieuse, décorée avec goût et idéalement située en plein coeur de St Denis tout en préservant l'intimité et le calme des lieux. Location idéale pour un séjour entre amis. Séjour spacieux, grandes chambres, 2 cuisines, agréable patio avec petite piscine. Jolie déco avec les oeuvres de l'hôte.
