Whilst the hotel staff were polite and gave excellent service we were not overall impressed with the hotel. We unfortunately arrived on a Wednesday which is the night they have a DJ by the pool. This probably isn't an issue if you are 21 but we are mid age and we're quite shocked that an international hotel chain would allow that level of noise to continue into the night disturbing our sleep. Compounding this we heard much noise from adjoining rooms and a 3am conversation being had by people in room above. Not very sound proof. upon check out we asked if we could use the pool before we left to fly home at 6pmwhich would have to pay 65 euros for the privilege. Overall the hotel room designs were uninspired but our major complaint was not being informed of the excessive noise before we booked which would have led us to choose an alternative hotel. Very disappointing for the Radisson group.

Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry that your stay with us didn't reflect your expectations. That wednesday evening was a special night with a famous italian dj playing music at roof top bar for the aperitivo. At 23.00 the music stopped. Our guests target are mainly businessman and international travellers, not focus on young people. The access to our roof top pool is free for the hotel guests, so after the check out we require a fee. We look forward to welcome you again at our hotel.

Cons: Patch holes in walls, fix drains in shower, lifts need attention and gym equipment needs fixing
Location: Close to station, hop on-off tourist bus and walking distance to some things
Had to move rooms because of the noise from the train station (you could even hear the loud speaker announcements). Although the rooms were comfortable and OK, it was a long way off what we expect from a 5 star hotel

overated hotel and false advertising on wotif webs

Pros: nothing
Cons: Everything needs to be improved in this hotel
Location: nothing to do close by to the hotel in our 3 night stay we spent 248 euros on public transport
Initial advertisement on your website is false and misleading blu raddison was chosen for our stay due to its fine reputation and what we experienced was very very unpleasant 1.hotel located in a slum area filthy streets and grffittied buildings 2.the food ordered in the restaurant was presented raw which could not be eaten and the staff argued with us would not refund complete amount for the dishes . we have photos 3. the shower did not work properly the water dribbled out we couldn't shower properly 4. the bedding stank like sweat 5. coffee machine was filthy photos have been sent to wotif 6. the room had 1 bed and 1 chair only 7.the tv was crap 8.hotel staff were rude unfriendly and not helpful they couldn't even guide us to the bus stop 9.We tried to ring wotif to complain as we want reimbersment but the line said we are out of hours a screenshot of this call can be provided. 10. we tried to get a flight out the first day of our stay but the only flight back to the uk was $1500 for both of us with a stop in istanbul 10.when arriving back to the uk we did call wotif and complain requesting reimbersment please refer to complaint
