The staff made me feel like I was a burden to be there also had to wait an extended amount of time for service no one was ever at the counter. When to have breakfast and no one was working there so had to go elsewhere for breakfast room keys kept not working was just a horrible experience and stay. Won’t stay again.

The staff was wonderful and very friendly when we got to check in. The room was huge. We had two queen size beds. However, it is very dated. The bedding is nice and soft and comfortable, but the rest of the room and bathroom were very old. Also, our TV didn’t work. But my child loved how much room we had.

The front desk staff for the evening was amazing, he was very connective and polite! Great kid!! The room was huge loved it only downfall was the fridge was moldy and stunk like mold. The hotel is nice and the gyro at the restaurant is amazing had 2 lol!! Great area and the falls are nice! Hotel property is great loved our stay!

Shilo was convenient, pet friendly, on the river, has an indoor hot tub and pool. Coin laundry. Bed was comfy, the room had a fridge, coffee pot and microwave. Overall good value. The free breakfast was limited and poor quality.
