They charge an eight dollar resort fee when you check out nothing is said about this upfront so they’re pulling a fast one and hitting you with a charge when you check out they hold a $50 deposit and take it out of your deposit for this reason not the resort fee, but the fact that they’re trying to hide it from you, I won’t be back

Limited dining and to much smoking in casino. Non smoking room still had faint smell of smoke. Unfortunately there are a lot of stupid people who go into the bathroom and light up.

I enjoyed the whole experience, very satisfied, very nice room, clean and quiet. We stayed 2 nights, the only thing that i was unsatified with was towels and wash clothes were not replaced after the first night.

The staff was rude and the towels was very dingie and smelled very bad , I asked for a do not disturb sign and was told from the lady at the desk we out but dont worry they're not going to clean your room anyway I will never stay at Sam Towns casino or waroom
