Not so great but staff was great.

The front desk staff were very friendly. The heat was on 76 degrees when we arrived in our room (very hot). The mattress was not good, at all and the bathroom was very dated/stained. One of the lamps on the room was inoperable and the tvs are very old.

They are terrible. I booked this hotel through Expedia. When I got there they wouldn’t let me check in for the night even though I had a reservation with a confirmation email. It stated check in was till 11:00 pm and I got there around 9:00 pm. They said I would have to come back the next morning to check in and spend the night then. I told them I wouldn’t be there the next night and that my reservation was for tonight. They refused to check me in and give me a room. I went across the street and booked a hotel with Hollywood Casino and they were great and gave me a room in 5 mins. I will not be booking at Sam’s Town ever again!!

First time for every thing!

Wish I would have taken pictures. Had to wait 30 minutes to check in when I booked a room month ahead. Didn’t have a room ready for me. Room was dirty. After playing poker I returned to my room at 3am and was locked out because card did not work. No one was working front desk. Had a note to find security if you need help. No help! I had to sleep in my truck last night in freezing sleet outside.

The hotel is old and run down. We got lock out of our room at 10:00 am even though check out time is 11:00am. It’s a hotel casino! We were gambling before we left!

We liked that we got some very little comps after gambling Thousands of dollars 💰. We hope to receive something in the mail that will get us back to your Establishment in the near future. A nice room and meal after a 5 hour drive would be helpful in this day in times. We would love to come back?
