This hotel need to be refurbished
Not the best experience when you have -5 degrees outside and windows do not seal at all, to help even more the heating system was damaged. Breakfast is ok but with £12 extra.

Good location, but let down in a few areas
The staff were friendly but there were a few issues - empty soap container in shower - pretty grim cooked breakfast that looked like it had been left on the buffet counter too long (9:45am) - Generally the decor looks an old and tired and in need of modernisation. We’ve stayed in Ibis hotels before in UK and Europe which have always been OK

The customer service is excellent. The hotel is comfortable but a bit dated. There are no plug sockets next to the bed and shower was a bit mouldy.

No too bad.
Great!!! EV chargers in the car park. You have to pay but not a rip off. Room was a bit barren. No pictures on the walls. No coffee machine. No towelling robes. Incomprehensible heater control Thin quilt and no bed cover. Funny eggy smell in reception. Due to inadequate cooking smell ventilation.
