Comfortable, clean, warm, excellent breakfast, convenient location with ample nearby restaurants and bars. Walking distance to the main city centre. Good cheap tram service nearby. Helpful staff who will also book a taxi for you to and from the airport although better to phone them than send an email. Overall a great hotel.

We had a wonderful stay at the Three Crowns - we were attending a conference at another hotel, but wanted to stay somewhere within walking distance. That staff were wonderful and friendly, and made sure our stay was just right. Breakfast was tasty and a good range of food and drinks were available. We would happily stay here again next time we are in the area!

The look from the outside and lobby was actually nice and looked like a 3 to 4 stats hotel, but it’s totally different when into the inside. Never got a hotel room without kettle, no aircon, weak wifi connection. Everywhere smells like in hospital, feels like it was a hospital. Mattress is sponge, and the double room is actually a 4 single beds room, breakfast was not too bad but the coffee from the coffee machine Tasted super sour and the stuff said that’s normal.... The only one positive thing is close to the bus stop.
