A short walk from the square. A lovely stand alone place that’s updated, friendly, and cosy. Jim was more than patient for a late arrival as our ferry was cancelled. All around great place!

Everything was of a high standard. Jim and Pauline were excellent hosts, the breakfast options were great, and the premises were kept in top condition. It is situated within easy walking distance to the centre of Portree, and suited our needs well.

Room is very small. The 2 ladies at the breakfast are friendly. Property is about 12 minutes walk to town but it is hard to do when it is raining, and it rain all the time when we were there. There is no parking in the town. Roads in Portree are hard to drive, most parts of the road are one car lane so we had to stop every 1/10 mile for other direction go thru. Most people in Scottland are not friendly, I would not come back to Scotland.

We had a great time at this B&B. The house is so cool, with its own history, great people, wonderful attention to detail, gave us great tips for dinning and activities, overall a great experience. A bit out of the way, but that is what we wanted.
