I asked to check the room and never seen such a dirty room the bath tub was peeling the beds were dirty and had burn hole in the blanket nasty everyone seemed to be on drugs all you smell was weed

Room 247 was falling apart. The bathroom was clean. The racks in there were rusty so was the shower knob. The bathroom door was falling apart. The walls were very thin. I could hear everything in each room going on around. The back of the lock on the front door was missing. And there were flies in my room.

First and foremost ownership is very rude and disrespectful. For the slightest reason, as in making a complaint, she will call law enforcement on you. The room I was in, 260, was beyond disgusting! I checked in at midnight and was tired from a long day of work so I crashed right out. What I woke to was horrific. It was a bloody handprint on the sheets I was laying on!! The chair that set feet for my face was covered in mildew it smelled as well. The bathroom I don't know if it's ever been cleaned especially the tub. When I open the refrigerator it was filthy as well. When these issues were brought to ownership attention she ordered that I be off her property in 5 minutes or she's calling the police. At 6 minutes she was on her phone calling the Pasco County Sheriff Department. I have slept at campsites cleaner than this place. Furthermore, I feel that any businesses that Associates their self with this establishment should be held responsible as well I've lost $170 for an experience that wasn't worth a dollar worst hotel experience I've ever had in my life. Photos are attached and complaints will be made to all the proper organizations Anyone who reads this review and has it had a similar experience with roadway in, Holiday Florida please feel free to contact me

Called the front desk to tell them I wanted to get a refund due to roaches and the office manager was rude and hung up on me saying she was keeping the money I paid. We only stayed for 30mins so I reported to Expedia got my full refund back and an extra deposit to put towards a new hotel

The room I checked 121 was dirty had dirty sheets on the bed food in the draws tube was nasty the outside of the place was cleaner than the inside pool was beautiful. Needs new house keepers!!!

The smoke alarm kept peeping, no maintenance person to call to fix the problem. Bugs in the room. I refuse to stay. I left the hotel.

Unhappy at the Rodeway

The room was cleean, bed comfortable, but No. Coffee pot, no desk or table, no towel racks no holder for toilet paper, the shower cuurtain was the wrong size causing water to drip all over the flooraking it slippery since there. Was no bath mat
