Welcome to the Solana condominium, proudly managed by North American Standard (Nasplaya). Conveniently located in the Sabbia condominiums in the center of Playa del Carmen. This comfortable unit has 2 bedrooms, two and a half bathrooms, one with a king bed and two with double beds. It is perfect for a family or two couples looking to enjoy Playa del Carmen. You will be able to start your morning with a coffee on your terrace or in your gym. Additionally, you will be able to spend the day relaxing in your pool, the game room, or enjoy a good barbecue at your grill.



The Sabbia condominiums are located on 34th Street and 20th Avenue, close enough to points of interest but far enough from noise. This condominium is a good place to be able to rest. Additionally, it is very close to the most popular restaurants such as: Chez Celine for breakfast, Aguachiles for lunch, and Hijas de la Tostada for dinner.



From the moment of your reservation, our concierge will be able to help you start planning your trip with activities ranging from diving to scheduling the most spectacular amusement parks of Xcaret group, or the Mayan ruins of Chichen-Itza, Tulum, and Cobá.
