Never again...

Why in the world would any hotel have you sign a document that says you agree to have/host no parties, they are not permitted, acknowledge quiet hours that aren't enforced and outline what the charges would be if caught smoking inside when all we could smell all over the hotel was kids / adults vaping & getting high? We had a party next to our room both nights, or parts of nights...we left at 3am the 2nd night. The 2nd night there must have been 15 teenagers in the room next to us (yes, we saw into the room when they opened the door to apologize to us as we left). The front desk folks said "what are we supposed to do?"... Complete lack of managment/ownership and security. I will never stay at another Hilton property.

Avoid this hotel

Stayed there with a group of friends, each family having our own room. Check-in was the longest I've waited at a hotel and the rooms were dirty. One friends room had no air working and another had dirty underwear and food left in their room. At checkout, there were claims we had a "party" and they're trying to charge extra since there are no parties allowed. We all had dinner together in a room so I guess even though we are paying guests that counts as a party. The pool area was freezing and dark and all the kids were shivering. No towels waiting and we had to ask a couple times to get them restocked. Would not recommend staying at this hotel if you can avoid it.

The property looked and felt like it was last updated in the early 90s, everything had a bit of grunge layered on. The staff was incredibly unfriendly when we checked in. Lastly, we booked this hotel so we could have our son swim while we were there, and the pool was so cold he lasted about 10 minutes- which we are thankful for because around that time we noticed some soapy substance floating around the pool. Just overall unimpressed and won't likely stay at a doubletree anytime in the near future!

The hotel has a nice grand entrance. Out of 3 elevators only one was working which was frustrating because there was a large hockey group there and the kids were playing around on the elevators. The beds were comfortable and the room how a lot of space. The bathroom didn’t appear to have been wiped down in a bit as dust was in the shower.

This is my second time staying 1 night and the pool was filthy.. The rooms were clean very comfortable, the front desk lady was really nice.The food was great and drinks.. overall it was a pretty good stay otherwise thanks again.

Mislead/Charged

My stay was good. The problem I ran into was the gentleman at the front desk (who was very polite) mislead me on two things. The first one was that he would allow me a courtesy to check out late at noon because they were busy and no one had the book handy to quote me a rate for late check out. Also he advised me “after” looking my room number up that I had already prepaid for my breakfast. Well I was charged for breakfast and he neglected to put a note in the system that he gave me an hour grace period to check out. Again he was very polite however I don’t think I should have been charged for breakfast based on him “checking” and then stating I had included it in my booking.

They rate themselves as an upperclass hotel. I would have expected at the least complementary coffee in the lobby. The water jug in the lobby was empty most of the day. I thought the rooms could use an update, couches weren't comfortable in the rooms. The beds were excellent.
