Graffiti on hotel and holes on external walls on approach. Looks like it is closed down. Actual room was clean as would not have stayed, but saw others that were not. Does not look like photographs on wotif or website.

Entry was dirty and unattended. Was let in after ringing a bell by a young woman and baby who stated no staff were onsite, she would show me the room. Room was not deluxe suite I had booked, apparently that room had a blocked toilet. No offer of a cheaper rate for the smaller room. Room very basic, only space for a bed. After payment, and on further viewing i realised the room was dirty, big stain on carpet, grubby mirror, no lamp, bathroom fan didn't work and was encrusted with dust. No way to contact staff except by wotif messages. They weren't interested in my complaint. I'm not usually one to complain but this was really not acceptable. However i had no other option for accommodation for the area. There was no explanation of what was available e.g. parking, breakfast facilities, how to contact reception or even where it was and how check out could occur. It's a health hazard and i have photos and video to prove it.

The property is a renovated house/apartment with a communal lounge/kitchen and small bedrooms off the hallways with ensuite bathrooms. It’s clean and tidy. Our room had a double bed which was reasonably comfortable, a small fridge on the floor and a small tv on the wall. My only complaint was that the shower head was so close to the wall that you couldn’t get under the water. Also the shower head needs cleaning, the jets are so fine it felt like pin pricks standing underneath it. The sink tap also sprayed water everywhere. My friend stayed in a different room and her amenities were much nicer. You can hear everything going on outside but the property is in a suburban area so the noise dies down at night. I recommend this property for a short/overnight stay. It’s nothing flash but it does the job.

Cant choose your neighbors Constant fighting from next door from 2:30am till 4am. Some lady coughing all night, not in her room but in the shared cooking area. Staff friendly place good for the price but just a bad nights for sleep.
