Adrian, I find it curious that something as disgusting as what you claim was on the bed cover was never reported. Even worse is that if it was what you believe it was, you slept on the bed anyway. My reception team never received any report from you. If we had and as unbelievable as it sounds, in order to keep you happy, we would have changed the sheets-to allow you to sleep peacefully. When there is such venom in a review and a serious accusation and possible serious implications possible as a result, you better be sure that what you write is indeed factual. I still cannot believe that if this situation bothered you so much and is a disgusting as you claim, YOU SLEPT ON THE BED? If you were so sure that the bed was soiled as you claim (sure enough to mention it specifically on your review), the worst thing is that you did not report it and slept on the same bed anyway. May I suggest that when something is not right with any goods or service in the future, please report it immediately so something can be done about it immediately. This way any issue can be resolved immediately. Don't sleep on the issue and let it out after you have finished your stay. How are we supposed to rectify any issue no matter how ridiculous or unbelievable it sounds if we do not know about it during your stay? Like any industry, mistakes can happen. FYI, we service the apartments daily excluding Sundays unless you do not require service. If there in any urgent issue, you can report it any day and it will get fixed. To specifically suggest it looked like what you said will often be interpreted as you having an axe to grind and full of vindictiveness. I wish you well in your travels and hope you enjoy other accommodation next time you are in Perth.

location was good and parking easy room sad and tired appliances not working properly air conditioning unit poorly located to cool entire room bed awful, shame no tv in bedroom
