The staff was helpful, but the room did not meet my expectations. The toilet leaked, the microwave caught fire, the refrigerator also leaked, and the TV was out of date. When we tried to hook up a game system for the kids, it did not have the input we needed. Also, when we opened the sofa to pull out the bed, there were food crumbs in it. The only positive thing was the size of the room. It was fairly large and could easily accommodate several people. I probably would not stay here again.

When we got up the following morning, the floor in the living area was completely wet ! We could not see where the water was coming from. We went down to the customer service desk and advised what we had, they sent a man up that left a card “we will investigate “ Not sure what that meant. Never heard from them again, no offer any compensation for the room that was all wet
