Hotel was nice, room size was good. Hotel offer shuttle service from airport to hotel. but I did not see the shuttle service. I had to get Uber from the airport to get to the hotel and from hotel to airport I used Uber. Otherwise it was a good hotel.

Very modern rooms. Bed was to my liking. The glass wall between bathroom and bedroom seems unnecessary but didn't deter from stay. Even with most lights on, it still felt dark. Couple of towels were missing but staff quickly brought more when I mentioned. Seeing as my room has basic kitchen it would seem appropriate to offer some basic cutlery. Had issues with grabbing shuttle from airport. Had to take taxi. Shuttle back to airport the following morning was good

This hotel advertises that they speak several languages. English being one of them. Either they don’t or just wanted to be difficult. We asked to book the shuttle the night we checked in and were told just to show up the next morning. Only to be told by someone else we needed to be in the list prior. Room space was great and very accommodating.

Window between shower and bedroom

Free airport shuttle is this properties best feature. Broken fixtures, including the damaged smoke detector and strange smelling towels and leftover “leaves” of some sort in the hotpot made they stay less than comfortable. Add in the large window between the bedroom and shower with a spotlight to highlight the “show” and I couldn’t wait to leave!

Check in was very good and done swiftly. It was great to have a free shuttle from the airport/hotel, but finding the pick up at the airport was quite complicated for me. I took the morning shuttle to the A/P. In my room, the hair dryer was broken and I couldn't even call down to ask for another as the phone was broken! there were now outlets by the bed so I had plug my phone in the livingroom - which was not ideal when setting an alarm. I paid for breakfast but never used it as I need to get to the airport earlier so can't comment on the quality of it. Bed/pillow was very comfortable-had a good sleep. Shower was also very good!

The property was nice and clean. The employees were very nice. The one issue I had was with the shuttle to the airport. The shuttle was on time but the driver was very rude. We were leaving from terminal 1 and asked the driver to drop at that location. The drive instead dropped at terminal 2 and basically told us to find I own way. If I were the manager of the property I would differently hire a new driver or at least monitor the driver's attitude.
