Tucked away along Scenic Hwy 30A and close proximity to Alys, Seacrest, and Rosemary Beach, this 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom beach cottage is a gem and the perfect place to call home away from home. From the lush landscaping and paver streets to community pool to the private deeded beach access just across the street, you'll be wowed from the minute you drive up. Step inside and into a light and bright home, thoughtfully decorated and comfortably furnished throughout.

ABOUT THE AREA: Headquarters by the Sea is located in the Magnolia by the Sea neighborhood, a quaint community in the heart of the quintessential village towns of 30A You'll have plenty to do at the pool and on the beach, or you can take a short bike ride to The Big Chill (formerly the Hub) or Rosemary Beach.

BEACH ACCESS: Private deeded beach access, just across the street.

HOUSE RULES:
• Check-In: After 4 PM | Checkout: 10 AM
• No smoking or vaping
• Renters must be 25 years of age or older
• During busier times and due to limited infrastructure, internet connectivity may be affected. No refunds will be given for connection issues, no WiFi or slow WiFi
• All rentals require state and county tax plus additional required fees
• Bikes and golf carts are not guaranteed to be at property or to be in working order. No refunds will be given due to missing or broken issues.
• An initial starter kit of amenities are provided to all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, and 1 liner for each trashcan. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 bar of soap. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 1 hand towel per bathroom, plus 2 washing machine pods.

IMPORTANT PRIOR TO ARRIVAL: All guests will be required to sign a rental agreement directly with 30A Beach Girls as well as provide verification of identity which includes: 1) a photo of your government issued ID such as a driver's license and 2) a "selfie". Both should be uploaded to our Happy Stays app.
