Clean and modern

Stayed with two kids. Matress on the sofa bed is worn out and offers poor sleep. Kitchen is great with all the basic pots and dishes. Coffee, tea, and water in the fridge were much appreciated. AC worked great in each room. Bathroom was clean. 15-20min walk to centre of town. €13 cab ride from train station.

Genetilezza e collaborazione gradita. Suggerirei 1- far installare le zanzariere sono indispensabili. Tra l'altro i muri sono sporchi da zanzare spiaccicate 2- bollitore incrostato, sarebbe utile avere anche un pentolino per scaldare l'acqua. 3- un paio di strofinacci in cucina e del sapone da cucina per lasciarla pulita e in ordine. 4- maniglia della porta interna si smonta 5- SICUREZZA far sistemare il passetto per chiudere la porta d'ingresso di notte dall'interno. 6- sarebbero utili due tavolini pieghevoli bassi per appoggiare le valige le quali a terra sono molto scomode.

Esperienza HORROR! - KEEP AWAY IF YOU CAN

Prenotazione per 4 notti per un appartamento con cucina, arriviamo alle 10 di sera del giovedì con le borse della spesa (surgelati e cibo fresco) e apriamo la porta con il codice numerico fornito via mail e... la stanza è da rigovernare dai precedenti inquilini, letti sfatti, bagno sporco e via dicendo. Inizia il calvario, 20 chiamate al numero cellulare indicato (a cui risponde una segreteria a cui non si riesce a lasciare messaggi perchè...piena), varie mail per chiedere di parlare con un responsabile: nessuna risposta. Dopo 2 ore di attesa, a mezzanotte abbiamo preso le nostre valigie e ce ne siamo andati in un albergo vero e meno male perchè dopo ulteriori mail e aver messo in mezzo il servizio clienti di Hotels.com ci hanno finalmente risposto... alle 5 di pomeriggio del GIORNO DOPO. Nel frattempo metà della spesa fatta buttata via perchè in albergo ovviamente non c'è un vero frigo e men che meno una cucina. Grazie ad Hotels.com prenotazione cancellata e rimborsata ma tanto tempo perso e molto disagio tra cui cercare e pagare un albergo (più costoso), spesa buttata e addio al cucinare in casa. Seriamente, se non si è in grado di gestire strutture turistiche meglio farne a meno, non basta avere una stanza e una porta a codice, serve ESSERCI per il cliente. Inoltre si sono presi 8 euro dalla carta per tasse di soggiorno anche se non abbiamo mai dormito lì, dopo 3 mail in cui chiedevo rimborso ovviamente mai una risposta. Vediamo se rispondono alla Questura.

Prima Unterkunft für einen Kurztrip

Recht gute Lage, gute zehn Minuten zu Fuß bis ins Zentrum. Zimmer ist sauber und hat einen guten Komfort. Parkplatz gegen Gebühr im Hof.

O apartamento é ótimo, espaçoso, a cozinha é bem equipada e o quarto muito confortável. Quando cheguei estavam a espera para fazer o check in e fui super bem recebida. Super recomendo!

Padua - auf den Spuren von Palladio

Wir haben in einem 1-Zimmer Appartement übernachtet. Parkplätze vor dem Haus auf der Straße sind gratis und wir haben nie ein Problem gehabt, einen zu finden. Geräumige Wohnung. Im November ist die Heizung der gut gegangen, was sehr wichtig ist. Wir waren 2 Erwachsene und 2 Jugendliche. Der einzige Nachteil ist das unsere Kinder im Wohnzimmer auf der Ausziehcouch übernachtet haben, die für zwei Jugendliche sehr eng, hart, schmal und kurz ist. Ansonsten alles perfekt. Die Nähe zu der Stadt ist sagenhaft. 900 Meter zum Dom. Man geht keine 15 Min. in Zentrum.

Sehr angenehmes, blitzsauberes Apartmen

Das Apartment ist genauso schön wie auf den Fotos, da habe ich schon ganz andere Überraschungen erlebt. Die Lage ist perfekt, ruhige, nette Villengegend, fussläufig 10 Minuten in Centro Storico, andere Richtung (über Via Lepanto) zu Geschäften des täglichen Bedarfs. Super freundlicher und prompter Service. Wir waren zu Dritt dort und ich habe drei Nächte auf dem Schlafsofa verbracht. Ging perfekt, man sollte nur vielleicht nicht allzu schwer sein. Genügend Handtücher, einziges Manko in unserer Wohnung: es gab keine Handtuchhalter und keine Garderobe mit Haken. Deshalb auch meine Bewertung zur Ausstattung. Wenn man 20 Euro extra vermeiden will: späteren Check rechtzeitig anmelden, unser Flug kam erst gegen 19 Uhr in Venedig an, da war das vonnöten. Taxi vom Bahnhof (Padua) ca. 10 Euro. Ich würde dort jederzeit wieder hinfahren. Klare Empfehlung.

Sehr schön gelegen, sehr guter Zustand, sehr guter

Wir waren zu Dritt für einige Tage in Padua und haben wir genau das richtige Apartment für uns gefunden. Sehr professioneller Kontakt, kamen erst gegen 22 Uhr an und haben daher erst spät eingecheckt (Achtung: voranmelden, sobald es feststeht, sonst kostet es 20 Euro). Super sauber, Küche auch absolut korrekt, genügend Handtücher, leckere Duschgels und Shampoo, schöne ruhige Lage in angenehmer Villengegend, aber fussläufig zum Zentrum, Geschäfte für Selbstversorgung und Restauarant ebenfalls fussläufig erreichbar. Einziges Manko: es gibt keine Möglichkeit, seine Mäntel im Eingang aufzuhängen, und es gibt keine Handtuchhalter. Einrichtung angenehm zurückhaltend elegant.
