The suite is perfect for three of us, like a small apartment, sufficient for our relaxing and activities. Bedding and beds are clean and comfortable. The kitchen and the dinning area are clean and homey. We like most is the location. Locating right in thd downtown which allow us to be able to walk to everywhere, but surprisingly so quiet at night. Staff are friendly and helpful - directed us to the city hall parking which is close and cheap...only 5 mins walk from the hotel, and just $25 for a 4-days parking!

Roomy, comfortable unit. It was great having a kitchen to make coffee and breakfast in the morning. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Close to lots of dining and sightseeing options. Will stay again.

Second time staying here. We love the cleanliness, modernness and ease with checking in and out. Staff is always super friendly. This time we used the sofa bed and I expected better. I know sofa beds are always uncomfortable but this one took the cake. You should really in est in the Murphy style!!

I find it a walkable distance to all the places I enjoy in the downtown area. The room is a generous size and I appreciate having a kitchen at my disposable. Parking is less than ideal.

Our unit had was basic accommodation with basic amenities and limited staff. Access is easy. The mechanical ( heat, air etc is clumsy and loud. The indoor finishings are ok but look like they were done quickly and towels and sheets are just adequate.

A nicely set apartment, with everything one would need even for an extended stay. So everything is positive, except: The bedding uses worn-out quilt. The apartment on the third floor (#302) was suffering from noise due to waste disposal trucks coming in at 4:30 am.

The room was stunning and very comfortable. The only complaint I would have is, it’s self check in which is great however the staff sitting at the desk never spoke to us and we walked past multiple times. They were always in their own conversation but an hello would’ve been nice. However the room was clean, getting into the room was easy, and the bathtub WOW amazing! I would definitely return.

Location was great. Staff were great. The suite overall was good. The only downside was the bed. It was soo uncomfortable. It was very soft and you sunk into the bed the minute you got it. It made it uncomfortable to sleep.

No key cards available, you have to pull out your phone and enter codes every time. The unit was very comfortable and spacious, but the shower really needs more thorough and deeper cleaning between guests. I would happily stay again. Adding recycling bins in the kitchen would be great.
