Wow !!! This will be My go to place when ever I’m in the Orlando area . The room was spotless . The sheets white as snow and no last visitors hairs anywhere . Bed super comfy . The whole place was well taken care of . 10 stars I would give . Pool super clean , Lobby spotless and great front desk service .

I had a great stay at Sonder Cirrus in Kissimmee, Florida. The location was excellent—within walking distance of restaurants and stores, making it very convenient. Parking was easy and hassle-free, which was a big plus. The laundry facilities were a great feature, making longer stays much more convenient. I also appreciated the easy-to-use Sonder app, which made check-in and managing my stay seamless. Another highlight was the 24/7 reception—having someone always available added an extra level of comfort and security. The property was also very private and quiet, allowing for a peaceful and relaxing stay. I never felt disturbed, which made it easy to unwind. Overall, a well-managed, comfortable, and convenient place to stay. I’d definitely return!

After driving 8hrs we arrived at the property my phone was dead so could not complete pre check-in to get into my room so I stopped at the front desk upon arrival they refused to help me said I’d have to do it through my phone. Then I get into the room and the room is tiny! It two queen bed one sofa bed a table and a large counter/desk and about 24” between the beds and the counter as walking space this space was not meant for five people l. Then we couldn’t find the mini fridge and when we did they’re on the floor in a cabinet. I’ve recently suffered a knee injury I’m currently going through rehab when I let the front desk know the room just wasn’t for me they refused to give a refund even tho I hadn’t been in the room no more then an hour trying to make other arrangements

I like a smaller hotel bc it’s more private and quiet, the staff were friendly. I liked that you used your phone to get in your room. The games and seating areas were great. I didn’t like the lighting in the rooms there needed to be more lighting. The pool toys they provide at the pool area all had holes and we couldn’t use any.

Older hotel fresh very nice remodel! Great service

It’s an older hotel that’s completely been redone. It’s nicely done. Very comfortable. Very nice staff. 15 mins to Disney any time of the day. Two mins to grocery or restaurants. I’d def stay here again.

Got to the property 1130 at night needed a blanket for the pullout couch was told the only way of communicating was through chat on the app downloaded the app send a chat that I needed a blanket was told that there was nobody available went to sleep in the next morning was woken up at 8:15 AM by a knock at the door saying they had a blanket for me to sleep who the heck needs a blanket at 8:15 in the morning when they were only staying one night no common sense

This was a quiet location which was perfect for us since we wanted to have a more relaxing vacation. The room was clean and spacious. There is no overhead light so it was a bit dark during the daytime since we didn’t have the curtains open because you can see into the room from the outside. I found it odd that the shower curtain was too short so the floor got wet anytime you showered. Other than that it was a nice place to stay.

Completely contactless, easy entry and checkout. great app interface. Room was clean and spacious. Beds/pillows super comfy. Coffee maker in room. A/C worked great. Close to the parks. Many restaurants and shops nearby. Lovely pool and picnic grounds. Super affordable! Minor cons: -A little more lighting would be helpful as it was hard to see in closet but hardly an issue. -Water pressure was lacking in shower but sufficient Suggestion: Property is non smoking, as most are, but, for smokers, it would be nice to have a designated smoking area with seating without having to walk a long distance. There were plenty of areas away from guests that could be designated.

My room was on the first floor near the pool so it was loud late at night, also the landscapers start working at 7am. I got woken up several times by all the noise. Honestly I don’t see myself staying here again
