The hotel and pool are fantastic. Their Assistant Manager is absolutely awful and was power tripping all night. We had the pleasure of interacting with him numerous times and each time he made us feel like we were inconveniencing him and how dare we make him do his job. His prescience alone in that hotel was uncomfortable… 10/10 would never stay here again due to this individual. $230 a night we paid and the service by this man was garbage. Everyone else was so lovely and it is very clean. Also .. the kids weren’t even allowed water in the pool. ZERO drinks whatsoever ..he must be scared the pool will get wet if we spill.

Twice now we have had poor experiences at this property. Once we rented one of their more delux rooms and found many signs of someone else recently being in there before us (hair in toilet, hair tie left in bed etc.). This time I booked a king room because it is nearly impossible for my partner and me to sleep in a queen bed and was given a double queen room instead. When I inquired I was basically told "too bad". While we slept separately it wasnt ideal as I was dealing with a death in the family and being close to my partner while sad would have been a lot nicer.

Best indoor pool facilities in a hotel I have ever seen and experienced. Clean rooms and very friendly accommodating staff. Pet friendly and close to grocery and shopping amenities. A little on the pricey side but you pay for what you get these days.

Great room, very clean and well kept by housekeeping. I had a problem with the wall thermostat and the heat not turning on after it shut off so the room got quite cold through the night. I tried to call the front desk but the phone in the room did not work. I reported it to front desk at check out so I'm sure it will be taken care of. Very nice breakfast.

No one was at the front desk for almost 10 minutes. There were multiple stains on the furniture and bedding. The room did not get warm for almost 8 hours. The coffee maker did not work. I told the front desk my concerns and she did not care or apologize would never stay here again.

This is a nice spacious hotel!! the pool was nice and clean, the hot was hot and the slide was fast! I had my daughter‘s 10th birthday here and she absolutely loved it. Thanks to Ramada and all the employees for making our stay a memorable one.

Pool stay

We decided to stay a night to swim and have fun with friends staff was friendly and helpful, breakfast was decent rooms were clean. The reason for 4 star in my overall stay is there was a group of kids there with the U15AA Golden subs who brought in a bunch of baby oil into the pool and contaminated it so unfortunately the pool was closed and now will be for sometime. It was disappointing but the hotel was great and I feel bad for all the discounts and changes they had to make I’m during this time
