The pools and grounds were great! Gorgeous gardens, and pools you could literally spend the entire day in. The spa facilities were decent and I liked that there were in-room options for some of the treatments. The spa treatments were very reasonably priced and the outdoor massage area was awesome. The rooms were just okay, looked great from afar but when you looked closer, some things were just a touch too rickety/neglected but the pool access was a plus.

We liked the location but the breakfast need variety. Cannot eat the same thing for 2 weeks! Cleanliness in the restaurant MUST be improved hugely. The cloth they clean the tables are filthy rags and the tables, cutlery and crockery smells like egg all the time. Also the staff need to wash their clothes as they are dirty. However all the staff smile, talk and are very helpful.

The staff were first class but disappointed with the overall hotel. It's very tired. Having said that we had a lovely time. Free bus to beach and back every hour. Breakfast a bit lacking in choice

We had a pool access room which was impressive. The pools were beautifully landscaped which gave a very relaxing feel. The food is not of a high standard.

We asked for a non smoking room however it stunk of cigarettes, and when complained they said it is a non smoking room, we later found an ash tray and bath towels stunk of smoke. Upstairs air conditioning didnt work, downstairs air con leaked water all over the sofa bed, which was absolutely horrible to sit or sleep on may aswell sleep on the floor. Toilet tap was loose, and leaked all over the floor had to put towels down so we didnt slip. Pool chairs were hard and no covers on as shown in photos, no staff around at bar for drinks, had to ring a bell and wait 20mins for service. Breakfast was appalling, we skipped breakfast and went elsewhere. Food was under cooked, or tasted stale. Very disappointing, photos are very misleading..

The place is a little tired and outdated needing a make over. It still is maintained and cleaned. The pools are beautiful and so are the gardens. It isn’t walking distance to anywhere, so you have to use a taxi or driver constantly. The food is reasonably priced, we enjoyed the themed nights particularly the Wednesday BBQ buffet. The staff are friendly and nice, but the service is slow. I was there a week of 10 nights and it took 7 days before I was offered a high chair for my baby son. I did like the peacefulness of the area, but would prefer to be able to have a free shuttle to the shops instead of using taxis all the time.

Bathroom was dated, shower flooded the bathroom floor each time. Towels not replaced regularly and bathroom smelt of sewage.

Hotel and facility itself was nice. But the bed was too uncomfortable downstairs. It's too noisy at night. You can hear every footsteps and conversation next door. Too many mosquitoes and too hot in the bedroom on the upper floor.

In accordance with local regulations, all visitors must remain within the property during Seclusion Day (Nyepi)/Hindu New Year for a 24-hour period (starting at 6 AM). Seclusion Day typically falls in March or April (dates subject to change each year). Check-in and check-out will not be possible on that date. Ngurah Rai Airport (Bali International Airport) is also closed on Seclusion Day.
