This ground floor condo has two bedrooms and one bathroom, a very nice kitchen, breakfast nook, spacious living area, washer and dryer in unit and a great layout. Furnished with intent on making your visit as comfortable as possible.

Fully furnished with 1 king size bed, 1 bunk bed bunk bed (full over full) and 1 sleeper sofa. Sleeps 8 people total. Toiletries not included.

Located just one block from sand and Virginia Beaches famous boardwalk, in a very serene Tuscan Style resort, you can walk to beach in less than three minutes. There are two grocery stores located within a five minute walk also. You will find numerous restaurants as well as entertainment venues within walking distance. The very popular 31 street stage is blocks from your residence, featuring live bands and other entertainment all summer long. If you wish you can hop the trolley and visit museums, water parks, etc. Also don't forget the numerous fishing adventures available. There is golf, fishing, hang gliding, Tides baseball, just so much to keep you and your family entertained. Please call us today and inquire as to availability. VA beach get away
The location was the main reason i choose this property, there are a few thing that need to be addressed 1) better quality linen 2) paper towels 3) dish towels 4) the ceiling fan didn't work in the master bed room 5) and maybe some complementary bath soap, Overall the area was nice, your on site property manager was pleasant and helpful.

Pictures very misleading~5 of 6 stools in poor condition, no towel racks anywhere to hang bath or beach towels, worn out living room chairs, broken light in bedroom, kitchen blind could not be adjusted, 3 times to fix TV in living room and still didn’t work properly, went to use washer/dryer and would not turn on, the high-top table wobbled terribly. If these problems were taken care of, this would be a good vacation spot for 2-4 people.

An awful experience. Not family friendly at all!
Worst travel experience I have ever had. Bunk beds were flimsy, screws backed out causing a safety issue. I had to purchase tools to fix them. Coffee maker did not work, no instructions for heater or air conditioning. Occupants across the hall partied until 430am with loud music, door slamming and smoke so bad it became intoxicating in our unit. We had to leave early as we believed our safety to be at risk. I will never stay there again. Poor attention to detail.

Some Glaring issues
Pros: location is close to water and boardwalk. Removable Showerhead was a nice touch to get sand off. The unit was spacious. Cons: Finding the unit was a challenge as there are no unit numbers on the actually apartments just the building, at least in our building. We had to try the code at each door until we found the one that was ours. Safety issues with the Door lock not engaging for the first couple of days. They did fix it but there is no way to tell from inside if the door is locked. We didn't know how to lock the door and there were no instructions. after calling the manager she explained it but the next day it wouldn't lock at all. Deadbolt was a keyed lock but we were not given keys. We spent the first two days and nights thinking the door was locked but it was not. On the third day, the manager had the lock worked on. The microwave had most of the display light burnt out and it did not work so much of our lunch type foods became worthless. The manager said it was broken and they had ordered a new on but it wasn't in yet. The counter space is very limited and part of it is a glass cooktop that it a touch control, and it will turn on if you place anything on it. The smoke alarm goes off while making light toast, heating the oven, or actually cooking anything. All of the doors on the inside needed to be trimmed down to open in close without using your shoulder. The door to the larger bedroom rubbed on the floor so bad you could get through it without sliding sideways. Multiple lights were burnt out. over the stove and the bathroom. The top bunk bed squeaked and makes so much noise no one could sleep in it and had to sleep on the couch. The place smelled like cigarette smoke when we arrived. The washing machine was extremely loud and made a "wonk wonk" sound the entire cycle. The AC was very cold with one remote thermostat that may or may not have controlled all three air handlers. With the temp set at 74 degrees, we had to wear sweatshirts and try to use blankets to keep warm. at 76 it would cycle off. The glass top on the raised table slid around easily causing the sharp corners of glass to hang The exterior had planters with dead plants, and the parking lot spaces are so small we had to back the car out to get people in and out. Many of these Cons are easily fixable if someone took a day and trimmed some doors and did a little upkeep on the units. Renting units with a broken lock, fixtures, and appliances is unacceptable.
