I reserved this home on 7/14 and wanted to cancel 30 minutes later, but the cancellation policy stated that in order for me to get a full refund, I would have to cancel by (July 12th) yes 7/12/2025, in order to receive a full refund. If this is the host policy, then it needs to be changed and I think a policy like this is unacceptable. The apartment was not the five star that I expected., thus I wanted to cancel!The access to Niagara Falls was good. We did not like driving through the alley and walking to the back door to get to the living quarters. It was kind of scary.The host was very responsive. We let her know what we were lacking in our apartment and they came through really quickly. We were amazed when we saw the towels at the doorstep.. The kitchen and bathroom were relatively clean, but we did notice that the couch and the loveseat did need an update because when we sat down, we couldn’t hardly get back up because the springs were broken.This was an upstairs apartment and I think it should state such on the website. The 25 stairs did pose a hardship and should be noted on the website.
