Short stay

We had a lovely stay here but wish it was longer. It was lovely and clean and warm. Only thing was it felt a bit damp… also would have been good to have known the bed arrangements as they were different I don’t know to what was advertised. Turned out we had excess room which was fine just would have been good to know when booking. NZ notifies me.A really lovely quiet residence and we totally enjoyed our stay here.

Great house close to beach. Really suitable for 2 or 3 families to stay together comfortably. Lovely backyard for kids to play.Only issue was BBQ had been left in a very dirty state

Fabulous in Fitzroy

A little hiccup when some of our group arrived as previous people hadn't left but it was sorted quickly.And we were a little bit earlier than 3pm. Awesome house. A good set up for us. There were three couples, three singles and myself. The little lounge by the second bathroom should be made into a bedroom with a single bed we all thought. I used this as a bedroom. But general layout was great. We were all family, cousins, my sister and husband and two of my sons so the house worked well for us. And it was handy to my Aunty. Thankyou

Fabulous by name - fabulous by nature!

Absolutely brilliant holiday home. Fantastic amenities and multiple living spaces that afforded all 10 of us (6 adults, 2 teens, 2 children) to relax separately when needed, or be part of the action. Indoors to outdoors, this home flows beautifully well. Ample space in the double garage that we could comfortably and securely park a Minivan and a 4wd SUV. So close to the beach, literally a few minutes walk up the road. Convenience Store close by and of course the main inner city mere minutes drive away. Enjoyed every moment - did not want to leave - will most definitely be back again. Thank you for a wonderful holiday!

Primo Quiet Location

Well appointed, quiet, toasty warm, heaps of hot water and quiet. Easy walking distance to the beach boardwalk and Fitzroy township. We will return with our golf clubs and bikes next time.

Excellent location. Layout of Bach works well for a group. Splitting the king beds into singles worked well. Great kitchen.

Southland 6 visit to garden festival

Accommodation was great enjoyed our stay at house. Perfect for a group of women on a garden visit mission. We did notice one or two things that you may not be aware of. We wondered if the smoke alarms were installed correctly If any. Light in main lounge flickers a lot when shower next door going. The small bathroom does have a condensation issue and the walls needed a wipe. Many thanks for having us and we would use again I’m sure if we are back. Sue

Excellent Stay

Easy to follow entry instructions. Off road parking great for 2 vehicles. Entertainment in house to keep the kids busy as well as unlimited internet due to everyone having devices. Very clean, tidy. Would definitely recommend to others.
