Natal hotel city beach front

overall okay. Staff helpful and friendly. Breakfast quite good selection. air conditioning very loud machine, but okay since it covered noise of traffic. Our room was front facing the road & beach. internet works in reception area; not working at time in room. Pool in good condition and nice to have. Natal has very limited reasonable accomodations in the city area. This will work for those who want to be in city area access. though at $150 US (Real at 2.7 R= $1 US) this is no where close to or even near the value you would expect in the USA for $150 US. The quality of hotel would bring about $50-$75/night in US. But this is Natal, Brazil

Good location, terrible hotel

Their management staff was not helpful, I booked 3 rooms during Brazil World cup 2014. and one was canceled. when I arrive they deny this policy and did not do anything to resolve this problem. Later one of the rooms bed was wet, to overcome this problem at 2 am my friends put their beach towel, in the morning they found that the towel was stained, like bleached. the cleaning was terrible, our room AC and hot water didn't work. The restaurant staff was really nice, but other than their service this place is terrible. I would not recommend anyone to go to this place.

Good value for money

Nice hotel, very good conditions. Wifi worked very well (something) rare for Brazil). A huge mistake was when we called the reception 1h earlier to book a Taxi for us. They did NOT do it and we were late for a meeting!!! Horrible. Except for that, it's got good facilities.

O hotel é bonito e amplo, mais está com a sua estrutura danificada precisando de uma reforma. O café da manhã precisa melhorar, pois não tem muitas opções e o sabor também não está legal. Fora isso o atendimento dos funcionários é muito bom, eles são sempre atenciosos e prestativos.

Pessimo! Decepcionante! Camas velhas e quebradas, chuveiro com a caída de água entupida, meu filho levou choque no registro do chuveiro, e isso é um negócio muito serio! A área da piscina estava suja. Sem contar o transtorno quando não tem vaga na frente do hotel, o retorno que precisa ser feito nos levando pra uma rua esquisita por trás. As fotos do anúncio são mentirosas.
